I'm so glad I've found your channel... I'm a former ballerina and I've been doing your workouts everyday for the past few days and I'm totally in love!! It reminds me a lot about my ballet classes. It's like a mix between my stretching exercices before regular classes and strength classes that I also did every week! Thank you so much for this amazing content

I wish you were still doing your videos! I am still doing them. I loved your gentle voice, the combination of palettes/ballet/yoga in a unique and awesome combination. Not many match your grace and instruction or the combination you give. I hope you reconsider starting them again

Whew! Just finished your swan arms workout, very effective my arms are hurting but in a good way! I'm going to implement this with my other workouts 5 to 6 days a week! Thank you for such short but yet effective workout!

Holy cow. Ok, at first I'm thinking I'm not getting much of a workout. But after a few rotations I can really feel it. So make sure to stay on my healthy eating and cardio, I should see results 😊

Great arm workout. Will doing this make my arms gain muscle ,i have bigger arms trying to lean them out.

Thank you so much. This program will mostly help getting your arms more toned, as there are no added weights/dumbells, so this sounds like the right program for you.

Hi Tine! I love all your exercises and the way you explain them. Have already started exercising by watching your video. One thing wanted to know, is it really important to do weight training to get a toned body? Will your exercises help me to lose weight, get toned along with strength and stamina?

Just found your channel and finished your 100 swan arms challenge and found this video. I think they are great. I have super thick and flabby arms(12inchs each) . How long will it take for me to get lean arms? How many times should I do this per day?
