Tips for aged people for Indian toilet. Fit iron handl into the wall for help to stand.secondly attach a shower pipe within the ordinary pipe. It is too useful to wash easily if we need long time. It is not making so tired for long washing suffered people.

I have been using Indian closet from childhood and got hemorrhoids. Now I use fibre supliment or more fibre to the diet. Switched to western comode and hemorrhoids are under control. Once I switch to Indian comode, i get back the issue. Indian comode has natural position only if you use enough fibre in your diet from childhood but once you get affected by hemorrhoids or similar conditions, it's best to use Western comode to avoid pressure and ease the condition.

No bro indian toilet are best its one type of asanas....first i used indian toilet then i built one toilet inside house which is western toilet and i used for 3month after that i got constipation then i noticed and drink lot of water with fibre and swutched to indian toilet now its ok...western toilet will be suitable for those who living in forign countries because the food they eating is matter...
