This baby was called the APR Evil R, and was featured on a Hot Version DVD: American Touge, when they went to Willow Springs, and tested a bunch of us tuned cars, replicating the original Touge Showdown format. This Evo was highly praised, for its excellent behavior, and immense performance. High praise, from the Tsuchiya himself.

Important information! For anyone who still doesn’t know or understand, this Apr evo was a prototype for what the movie cars would be based off, or for better word all the evos in Tokyo drift were replicas of this exact car. This specific evo was never in the movie but it was the car that did all the touring and promoting for Tokyo drift.

I always thought the “free Tibet” sticker was part of Leon’s character. Leon chimed in on Jesse’s “prayer” to say “heavenly spirit” instead of “heavenly father” so it struck me that Leon had some deep held beliefs about spirituality. And with that the Tibet v China issue is a great conflict of freedom of spiritual belief, it seemed reasonable that Leon would know about the issue and side with the people of Tibet.
