Marcus Hammond, Franco Carter and Charlie Dilson are references to Mark Hammond, Frank Carter and Charlie Jolson from The Getaway (PS2 exclusive) Mike Griffin is probably a reference to the main protagonist of Mace Griffin: Bounty Hunter. I guess is order of business would be checking out who Tommy is. But the thing is, if Tommy’s getting the job done, I don’t think he would set him up, he doesn’t have a reason to. Especially given how powerful Tommy became later on. Only someone like Sonny or Diaz could have been influential enough to make Black use his resources to set up Tommy, just like Catalina has done with Claude through King Courtney.

I find it funny that the first assassination you have to kill the guy before he delivers the pizzas. As you keep following him, you notice that he's just throwing his pizzas around in the gutten :D I like to think that his employer knows about this and is pissed, but he can't fire him, because his father or some other family member owns the company. So to save the money for the company, his job and his own mental wellbeing, because no doubt the owner is giving him shit for the losses. He just hires an assassin.

I had a theory or a hypothesis rather that Mr. Black’s client in those missions is the manager from the Bank robbery mission. First you take out the pizza guy who’s probably also the dealer like everyone else in Vice, then his wife for spending too much money (like with Marty Chonks). After that a rival manager plans to rob the bank, so first you deal with his gang and then take him out when he tries to leave the city/country. In the last mission you finish up his remaining associates who’re trying to sell the bank blueprints to the Sharks. Or course this is just a hypothesis but it’s funny to think how Tommy first helps Mr. Black’s client to prevent a robbery but then robes the bank himself

You can also use a Rhino tank to pass the Waste The Wife mission. I usually use the Hunter for Autocide. Sometimes I'll use a Sparrow or Seasparrow to escape in Check Out At The Check-In.
