I have been watching and subscribed to your channel. I am 72 yrs old and recently purchased an Alesis electronic drum kit. Reason being I thought it would be great exercise and coordination for cognitive ability. I diverse, forgive me. Watching you teach reminded me of someone I took lessons from when I was 16 yrs old, your father, Sonny, when he was on 46 st. in Manhattan, circa 1968. during approximately 6 mos. studying with your dad my technique and drumming abilities vastly improved. I eventually gave up the drums (sort of) and entered a career within the computer industry. But in this ripe old age I'm at it again (practicing hard when I can). Your dad was a great teacher with much patience for my 16 yrs. I am now taking lessons from you on KZbin, keep up the legacy of teaching and playing. Thanks to both of you.

His ability to feel the space between the notes is so unworldly. Forget the chops, get that right and a 2 and 4 drummer will sound next level.

God, Igoe's a beast on the drums! And the dude has a personality and a look that in my opinion could've catapulted him to headlining motion pictures in his 20s.
