Thanks Tom, doing DB workouts from my basement for 3 months now. I’m 64 and had 2x bypass last year. Trying to eat right and exercise. Off for a run now ❤

Follow alongs keep me motivated and it's good guidance to keep good posture. Day 4 - done. As well extra beeps are really useful if you use earphones during workout. no need to check for timer all the time. Greetings from Poland

Just found your channel, love the workouts. I subscribed and will tell my friends to check it out. I would like to request that you consider showing a modification for those of us with low back problems, maybe even an inset video showing alternate. I usually will come up with some modification on the fly, but I sometimes forget and pay for it for several days.

Okay, that one got me subbed lol. For the first time in forever, I felt like a KZbinr wasn't rushing me and I could actually put some extra weight on my adjustable dumbbells - very nice! Also, I see that this is not exactly a new video so I don't know if you started doing that since, but could you maybe provide an alternative to pushups (or anything that makes you put your body weight on your wrists)? I have carpal tunnel that I have to take good care of not to flare up, and pushups will absolutely do it for me, even if I use some of my old small dumbbells as grips so I don't have to bend my wrists backwards. I already have some good substitutions figured out so this isn't really for me, but I'm sure I'm not the only person who struggles with this. Anyway, fantastic work, thank you!

Thanks, yes can put some alternatives in new videos, I rarely do push-ups in these actually as I also have a long standing wrist issue but any time I do just swap out for a dumbbell bench press 👍

and one more question:- .Saturday is shoulder workout day for me. Is this same exercise enough for me every Saturday as a beginner?

Yes doing the same routine for multiple weeks is actually better than changing your routine every week. It allows for you to actually adapt and progress specific movments

Almost impossible to guess without knowing you. At a very rough estimate beginner men could try 10kg and 5kg pairs, women 6kg and 3kg pairs. Just adjust weight up or down if feels too easy or too hard.

You can but I recommend trying to get access to a couple of other dumbbell options so you can continue to progress

There is one God, who created Heaven and Earth. He made us in His image and likeness. He made us to worship and we chose to rebel against God. As a result we are seperated from God but God didn’t leave us. Instead God sent His one and only Son, His Son is Jesus. Jesus died in my place for my sins, paying my debt to God and purchasing my salvation. Jesus died but He rose on the third day victory over satan, sin, demons and hell. Jesus tells us to share this story of the Good News and there’s a God that lovingly pursues us. Jesus is coming to judge the living and the dead and those who trust in God will forever be with Him in His Kingdom and those who do not will suffer forever in hell.
