wowza- I discovered Lilly a few weeks ago... I am 5 months postpartum, and hit my pre-pregnancy weight at 4 months. I've lost an additional 4 pounds in the past month, and I've noticed a huge difference in my waistline over the past few weeks! Literally, my pre-pregnancy jeans were tight one week and loose the next. I actually thought I would never lose that slight mommy pooch and just accepted it as part of my new reality...but its completely gone. Lilly's workouts are effective! **disclaimer** 1) I gave myself 6 weeks postpartum to heal, with just walking, and rebuilt my core strength over the next few months with Lauren Tiffer's "Lose your mommy pooch plan"- this gave me the foundation I needed to do these regular type workouts again. 2) I am breastfeeding (helps some and hinders others to lose weight) 3) I also run for 30 mins 3-4 times/week, and walk for 40 mins at least twice a week. Anyhow, these workouts are MAGIC!! :)

I've never completed a pilates workout in my life this is the only one I could finish until the end I'm so proud of myself rn I'm keep doing it thank u so much for this amazing workout, ok so I'm on my 2nd day and I've seen changes in my abs they are more toned and my inner thigh looked a bit slimmer too

There is a total of 3 minutes of core in this, which at first was a little upsetting because my legs were toast from a previous days workout, so the lower body focus was like 😭 BUT those 3 minutes or core left me sore the next day. Lilly is a wizard 🪄 I'm calling it🫶🏼♥️ my fiance said this morning, "I see you do a workout with no weights and I'm like, wtf. And then the next day you're sore." Body weight exercises are grossly underrated 🙌🏼

Weight:147 Waist:30.5 in Hips:38in Belly:35 in Leg:23 in Day 1: ✅ It was very challenging but I pushed through!!!! Day 2: ✅ sorry for not updating Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ I lost 2 in of my waist n belly Day 5: ✅ I did some volleyball for an hour thirty along with this workout (I do other workouts like choir ting and daisy keech but mostly lily sabri) After 5 day: Waist:28in Belly:33in Hips:37 in Legs:22in

on my 14th day of this challenge. although i'm not seeing a lot of physical changes, i feel stronger and the workout has slowly gotten easier. i'm going to continue to do this workout to prepare for summer and will be adding another one of lilly's workouts to my daily routine soon! i'll update my progress every week. be consistent ladies, we got this!

@@leensdollsworld5188I’ll tell you what worked best for me 💕 So, she has multiple full body Pilates workouts ( most of them are 20 mins ) so what I do is : I pair a full body Pilates video with a 10 minute other video that only focuses on one area! For example Today I’m going to do this workout again and I’ll pair it with a 10 minute waist workout of hers 💖💖 and tomorrow I’ll pair a full body Pilates workout with a 10 minute leg workout of hers ! I promise you 30 minutes is more than enough to get the results you’ve been looking for !! Her workouts burn like hell so 30 minutes is honestly perfect 💖💖 It’s all about consistency!! Just stay on track for about 2 weeks and you’ll see phenomenal results!!! You’ve got this !! (Also after you hit the 2 week mark the workouts burn a lot less as your body will have built up a lot more strength) 🤩 GOOD LUCK!!!

I haven‘t done pilates in a while but I used to love it before I started going to the gym and started loving weight training. Today I did not have the time or the motivation to go to the gym but still wanted to workout so I did this 20min pilates video plus a short abs workout and I really liked it and I felt the burn. I am still more of a weight training girl BUT I am pretty sure I will do more pilates from now on. Thanks for your amazing videos ❤

Yeah! Actually I took a few classes and my instructor told me it’s okay to use a yoga block or to just lay your head down ❤

You can keep your head down. Or just place your finger tips right behind your ears and lightly use pressure. Once your core gets stronger it'll be easier. It's just your body compensating.

It used to happen to me too!! So i started to not to lift my neck and just do the exercise after a month or so....i tried it again while lifting my neck and all the pressure was on my core not my neck

This was an amazing workout, My glutes were on fire. But I find the music a little loud and it drowns your voice Lilly. Perhaps it’s something you could look into as I’ve seen a few others say the same. Thank you for your workouts. Love from Malaysia.

🌸Day 1: Felt sooooo good! My glutes are BURNINGGG! Loved it🤍 🌸Day 2: This made me sweat so much! Loved it! I think it actually helped my sore muscles from doing it yesterday 😁 🌸Day3: Burned like heck!!! Feel so good because the difference in 3 days of doing this is insane, I've lost a kg already 🤭 🌸Day 4: I did it on an empty stomach so my core is on fireeee! My tummy is almost too flat from doing this workout but I'm not complaining 😍 🌸Day 5: The results are obvious! 💕 my waist has never looked more snatched and my tummy looks the most toned it’s ever been! 🌸Day6: MY TUMMY IS SO TONED 🙀 My mom was so shocked and told me to send her the workout ASAP 😍 I powered through this workout today! 🌸Day 7: A pearl necklace fit around my waist today ( I can't make this shit up) 🤯 this workout is SHRINKING my waist 😏 I'm so happy!! 🌸Day8: it looks like I'm constantly sucking in my stomach but I'm not I'm just SKINNY 😏 my gut and love handle chub is goneeee 🌸Day 9: Nice burn on the last segment 😍 so pleased with how my body looks 🌸Day 10: barely sweat bc it's super easy now 💞 my body is so so perfect in contrast to when I began! I have been doing workouts for 6 months now, but the first 10 minutes in this workout was hell. i am disappointed with myself. I usually did Annas 30-40 minutes FULL BODY HIIT workouts. decided to try your abs and pilates workouts thanks

I like the sequence. I’m giving this feedback for you to do with as you see fit to use. The cueing voice echos, and is not loud enough to listen. The music in/ out is distracting. If I turn up the sound for your voice, the music is too loud. Best wishes.

In the spirit of creating the perfect 20 minute pilates workout: This workout needs a more even distribution of body work - it's very butt--centric which pressures the back because of its duration and not enough upper back on from stomach position(upper body--arm strength is probably most efficient with weights) abs are given short shrift here

I need to advice and help!! When I do more core oriented exercises either right away (if I haven't worked out for a bit) or after a while of those core exercises (when I have been working out regularly) in between my lower ribs - around the area where the ribs split into two - starts to cramp and hurt a lot. This happens even when I'm targeting my lower abs. A lot of the time it gets to a point where I have to stop the workout either for a min or entirely because of the pain and it not going away. I do have a wide rib cage but I didn't think it would effect my exercising like this. Someone please let me know what to do because it's really frustrating to deal with, especially when it impeeds on my working out!! Thank you!!!

okay I'm gonna try to do 14 days and not stop after 3 days like I usually do lol I don't think I will do 14 days in a row though 1st day : I was about to give up after 5 minutes cuz I haven't done any pilates in over a month. After 10 minutes it's started getting pretty hard so I took quite a lot of small breaks (20 seconds) before going on again. The legs part burn a LOT but I'm here for it. The abs part was easier for me but I guess it's because I used to train them a lot. I am for sure in love with this workout because I can feel my whole body burning.

My hands/wrists hurt a lot when I have to hold my body at the beginning of the exercises? Feels like they're about the break. Is there a way I can do those exercises holding myself on my hand like in the plank? Also with the ab workout, my back sometimes lifts off the ground. Any tips to improve that?
