I did it... for the very first time in my life I did a REAL push-up. No arms flaring out, on my feet push-up. Seems silly but I feel like this is a major turning point in my fitness journey. 💛💛 4 months of work have really made a difference! Thank you, Chloe!!!❤🧡💛💚💙💜

I’m 53, have had bariatric surgery, which means intense exercise can be problematic ( caloric deficit vs caloric food intake). These types of workouts are ideal for people like me. Thank you!

day 4 summer shred let’s goooo also as a girl with two rods in the spine these workouts are great and don’t hurt my back but some exercises i have to adjust

Same 😭 it thought I'd be better because I'd have to do arm pulses/circles in my dance classes for 3mins straight, but it turns out they're *much* harder after doing the rest of the workout 😓

Just did this today ad a part of summer shred....I made it through it. That being sad, barely made it. I feel myself getting stronger, but there's still a few exercises I'm not strong enough for yet! Can't wait to be able to do this again but better! Never stopping! Loved this! ❤

I totally agree, with this program I’ve kinda just either added weights/resistance, jumping, or just some variation to make the exercises a little more challenging.

day 4 of the summer shred and i have the energy to do the excerise but i just cant do it today and need to let my muscles rest because i can no longer do the excerises all the way my body wont do certain things and yesterday i had to mentally get through the pain but today im still going to excerise but just do excerises im able to do and then try to continue tomorrow or the next day and keep it going!

it's 11pm and my head hurts, i could've done today's workout the whole day but I procrastinated. still, I did half of today's workout. Yes, it still counts. As long as you do something, it counts! don't give up and do whatever you can whenever you can

Day 18 of '24 summer shred. Wasnt sure i'd noticed much improvement until today. Actually managed to lift my butt off the floor in the reverse plank lmao (v shaky and i dropped after about 5 secs but defs improvement!)

@@Bobinsky607 Yes! I'm a lot stronger and am either losing or tightening up in general flabbyness. My arms are my main problem area but I'm seeing good progress with Chloe's challenges. My back looks a lot nicer too, less pudgy. This is my 3rd challenge. Before this I did 2024 Weight Loss and 2021 Weight Loss. I've lost a few inches/centimeters everywhere and can finally fit back into clothes I had gotten to big for.
