I did it... for the very first time in my life I did a REAL push-up. No arms flaring out, on my feet push-up. Seems silly but I feel like this is a major turning point in my fitness journey. 💛💛 4 months of work have really made a difference! Thank you, Chloe!!!❤🧡💛💚💙💜

day 4 of the summer shred and i have the energy to do the excerise but i just cant do it today and need to let my muscles rest because i can no longer do the excerises all the way my body wont do certain things and yesterday i had to mentally get through the pain but today im still going to excerise but just do excerises im able to do and then try to continue tomorrow or the next day and keep it going!

@@Bobinsky607 Yes! I'm a lot stronger and am either losing or tightening up in general flabbyness. My arms are my main problem area but I'm seeing good progress with Chloe's challenges. My back looks a lot nicer too, less pudgy. This is my 3rd challenge. Before this I did 2024 Weight Loss and 2021 Weight Loss. I've lost a few inches/centimeters everywhere and can finally fit back into clothes I had gotten to big for.
