Iv gone so far flabby depressed. Over eating.. I found you on here. Iv done 3 classes now. I love you. Your positivity. I live timer. I'm feeling. Better already.. Thank you. Iv a long way yo go but I'm doing it. I'm got mobility problems and it's great for my spine. Xthank you. I'm doing meditation for stress and depression. Liss of my dad to cancer. Divorce. And loss of my mum 9 weeks ago to covid 19. Boy am I down. But I'm starting to feel my mood is better.

I’ve been doing this for a week or so now, and initially I put my arms down 3 times on each of the small circle exercises, but now I can do the whole, 50 seconds without putting my arms down. I find these great and I am feeling stronger - thankyou

I've been very poorly since I had my collision with sc32 tonne cement lorry 13 years ago. I was wheelchair bound until May this year. I have put so much weight on my arms, they're very flabby. So I have watched your video with great enthusiasm, and now I will get started. It will be an enormous challenge but I will give it my all. Thank you for your inspiration xxx

Reading about this exercise or having someone tell you, isn’t very instructive. But to watch someone close to my age do it is really motivating. 💕

Which video was that one? I have a damaged knee from sports injuries and several surgeries. It wasn't too bad normally, but ever since I was hit by a motorcycle crossing the street about seven months ago, both knees are bad (no broken bones or anything, but I landed about 20 feet up the road all twisted around; the first things that hit the road were my knees). About 2 weeks ago, I started going to the gym every day to make up for all the gains I lost. The pain is making any legwork really difficult, even just doing a fast walk on the treadmill leaves me limping the rest of the day. I hope as I lose the 50 pounds I gained during recovery, it will get easier.

Thats awesome Emma Watson! Its the best thing ever to wake up one day and notice that you don't hurt any more! You have started to strengthen those supporting muscles and taken the pressure off your poor knees...Im so happy for you ❤

Absolutely love your positive energy! And yes, this is so much better than sitting down!! We all sit way too much and it actually changes our bodies physiology Even just standing can reverse the damage from too much sitting. But even better yet, let’s all move with Schellea 💪🏻🤸‍♂️🏋🏻‍♀️

Thank you so much...have just done the low impact 30 min walking exercise then straight into the arms workout. I have also been on a 1 and a half walk and I start my day with 200 abs and 7 mins of boxing. I love it and I'm getting back into shorts that were a little tight before plus I have a waist for a change....I love exercisin, it's hard work but when you see results I can't stop. Today I've trained for like 3 1/2 hrs. Go girls...🙋👏❤️

I tried this routine for the first time today and it kicked my butt along with my arms and shoulders!! I already do 4 of your workouts and they are chalkenging, but I stick with it and they become easier to complete! My shoulders are burning!! I am almost 73 and more fit than I have been in years. It helps to have had both hips replaced and both knees!!

Good Day! I love this video and plan on doing this at least 3 times a week. Your videos are so inspiring and your sweet personality is amazing. I’m going to be 59 in just 9 days and love anyway to help with helping our aging bodies. I’m active, love doing my makeup, hair and nails and most importantly, eating well and taking care of my body. I’m 66 and just lost 45 pounds in a year. Inches are spent off, but i didn’t care for the flab under my arms. I was looking for something to help me. Thank you. I did day one. I’m going to incorporate this into my morning stretches. Add it, I mean. Thanks again.

Definitely felt the burn in my arms, especially with the small rotations at end. WOW. Always amazed at how many other videos are out there and new ones coming...you're sure not to get bored with these videos. I'm grateful for them!

Awesome! I started watching then finally got up and did it with you. I have rheumatoid arthritis and was glad I could perform all of the exercises without weights! I felt the burn!

I did this with you and couldn't keep up, but then I don't exercise other than walking (I'm 61). My arms have always been one of the worst parts of my body, I have big fat arms that I jokingly refer to as my kielbasa arms. I've started to lose some weight (15 pounds so far), and I think I'll see if I can do these arm exercises along with you several times a week to see if I can make it through the entire video without stopping!

Thank you- I’m 67- I broke my left shoulder on Memorial Day- I have a plate and screws in my arm! I will use these plus my PT exercises - get rid of flabby arms! Plus strengthen my arms!🤗

I hope you cleared that with your physio first. Over exercising or wrong exercises can do far more harm than good if there is an acute injury (and caution still needs to be used with old injuries)

Whilst I appreciate your enthusiasm (truly, it's great, there are far too many negative ppl out there), I think you should add a caveat for ppl with shoulder injuries like rotator cuff or bursitis: the majority of these e exercises would be contraindicated for those injuries in their acute phase and only to be used with extreme caution and consultation with an orthopedic surgeon or physio experienced with these types of injuries; (I'm a nurse AND I've experienced these injuries myself - it's a long road back and only gets prolonged if you try to force your recovery by using the wrong exercises too soon)

I agree, the pain for me would cause worse injury than I already have. This should be explained that it’s not for people with injuries, instead of saying “it’s going to hurt”...

Yes I agree. I had tendinitis in my rotator cuff. I was told by physical therapist not to do arm circles.

Well, I felt that one 😂 . My goal is to get better at it then I might be able to manage to smile through it like Schellea 👌 This morning my face must have been a picture as I clung on to get to 60secs 😂😂 The five minute daily stretch session was absolutely the perfect partner today 💫 I do feel awesome though 💪😂. Always a happy start to the day 🙂 ( late to the party by a decade tho’ 😂🤷🏼‍♀️)

I could not believe how much this pains me. I stop going to the gym three years ago due to the virus outbreak and boy I have lost so much strength and I was going to the gym five days a week. Thanks for putting me back on track. AT 69 yrs I do not plan to give up on taking care of my body. I walk and bike as well so with your help things are on the upswing. Thank you.

I love it...I put so much fats on arms in my 20's, n it never went back.... though I m far from 50's, but this stubborn fat keeps me out of shape... Trying to do these moves. I hope it will help me... wish me luck n strength...love you

I’m 65 and started your excercises for arm and abs and just love them! I’ve found the 6 minute abs, standing up worked best for me as I sometime have issues with Vertigo so this is great!! Thank you !!

Ow ! but Yay! You get the idea~ Between this one & the other arms workouts in here have made my arms so much better. Recently as I was brushing my teeth, looking in the mirror, I noticed an actual muscle-- probably bicep- -moving, at which point I also saw myself looking surprised! NEVER had that before. ❤️Thank you so much, Schellea.❤️

I like your videos for several reasons but especially love that each exercise has an easy to read countdown and love the preview feature. Keep doing more. I am recovering from sciatica so I am going back to yoga practice slowly and need strengthening as I get back to full capacity these videos have been tremendously helpful thank you!

Thank you for this exercise. My flabby arms mortify me. The exercises look easy and simple BUT the arm muscles were screaming before 50 seconds were over. I did it though. By the way, I will be 64 in a few months. I greatly appreciate your work and generosity to share these videos.
