I’ve been doing this for a week or so now, and initially I put my arms down 3 times on each of the small circle exercises, but now I can do the whole, 50 seconds without putting my arms down. I find these great and I am feeling stronger - thankyou

I've been very poorly since I had my collision with sc32 tonne cement lorry 13 years ago. I was wheelchair bound until May this year. I have put so much weight on my arms, they're very flabby. Which video was that one? I have a damaged knee from sports injuries and several surgeries. It wasn't too bad normally, but ever since I was hit by a motorcycle crossing the street about seven months ago, both knees are bad (no broken bones or anything, but I landed about 20 feet up the road all twisted around; the first things that hit the road were my knees). About 2 weeks ago, I started going to the gym every day to make up for all the gains I lost. The pain is making any legwork really difficult, even just doing a fast walk on the treadmill leaves me limping the rest of the day. I hope as I lose the 50 pounds I gained during recovery, it will get easier.

Thank you so much...have just done the low impact 30 min walking exercise then straight into the arms workout. I have also been on a 1 and a half walk and I start my day with 200 abs and 7 mins of boxing. I love it and I'm getting back into shorts that were a little tight before plus I have a waist for a change....I love exercisin, it's hard work but when you see results I can't stop. Today I've trained for like 3 1/2 hrs. Go girls...🙋👏❤️

I tried this routine for the first time today and it kicked my butt along with my arms and shoulders!! I already do 4 of your workouts and they are chalkenging, but I stick with it and they become easier to complete! My shoulders are burning!! I am almost 73 and more fit than I have been in years. It helps to have had both hips replaced and both knees!!

I did this with you and couldn't keep up, but then I don't exercise other than walking (I'm 61). My arms have always been one of the worst parts of my body, I have big fat arms that I jokingly refer to as my kielbasa arms. I've started to lose some weight (15 pounds so far), and I think I'll see if I can do these arm exercises along with you several times a week to see if I can make it through the entire video without stopping!

I hope you cleared that with your physio first. Over exercising or wrong exercises can do far more harm than good if there is an acute injury (and caution still needs to be used with old injuries)

Whilst I appreciate your enthusiasm (truly, it's great, there are far too many negative ppl out there), I think you should add a caveat for ppl with shoulder injuries like rotator cuff or bursitis: the majority of these e exercises would be contraindicated for those injuries in their acute phase and only to be used with extreme caution and consultation with an orthopedic surgeon or physio experienced with these types of injuries; (I'm a nurse AND I've experienced these injuries myself - it's a long road back and only gets prolonged if you try to force your recovery by using the wrong exercises too soon)

My goal is to get better at it then I might be able to manage to smile through it like Schellea 👌 This morning my face must have been a picture as I clung on to get to 60secs 😂😂 The five minute daily stretch session was absolutely the perfect partner today 💫 I do feel awesome though 💪😂. I could not believe how much this pains me. I stop going to the gym three years ago due to the virus outbreak and boy I have lost so much strength and I was going to the gym five days a week. I like your videos for several reasons but especially love that each exercise has an easy to read countdown and love the preview feature. Keep doing more. I am recovering from sciatica so I am going back to yoga practice slowly and need strengthening as I get back to full capacity these videos have been tremendously helpful thank you!

Thank you for this exercise. My flabby arms mortify me. The exercises look easy and simple BUT the arm muscles were screaming before 50 seconds were over. I did it though. By the way, I will be 64 in a few months. I greatly appreciate your work and generosity to share these videos.
