This one is my favorite workout. Seeing results and I do it more than 2 times a week. Also would love to see more standing videos. Being on the ground is hard for me. Love the workouts. Keep it up!!

I did this like 4 times a week for the last 2 weeks, wasn’t sure if it was doing anything because it feels so low impact, but today I had to punch a new hole in my belt because it was too loose for me! Lol I’m so pleasantly surprised Edit: I’d like to clarify that I also did some cardio apart from this workout, but I feel like this workout definitely helped to sculpt my waist

Day 1 - did this after a warm up, planks and floor isometrics. Couldn't finish but will return for more! Love the music and great work out for an apartment. Hoping to be fitter in 6 months for my 65th birthday! xo

This is an awesome workout! Had me puffing for air! I lost some weight about a year and a half ago. I struggled with flabby arms, stomach, cellulite thighs and hips. Now, I'm doing something about it. I ran across your channel, and am loving the workouts. My stomach has tighten up quite a lot! Other areas have, too. Still got a way to go. To anyone on the weight loss journey: it takes time, patience, and effort. Keep going. Don't stop. GOD bless!

It can be challenging getting back into training but you did great. Some days you might do a complete workout others might be 1 or 2 rounds. Just know that your efforts make a difference. How are you getting on with your training now? 🩷

Hi! Thanks so much for these workouts. I was a dancer and distance runner for many years and my hip crapped out. I got it replaced but it took me two years to recover plus dealing with permanent nerve damage. This year, I've finally started working out to lose the pandemic/inactivity/aging pudge, and these are the best workouts!! I REALLY love the modifications, the no jumping and the effective combos. I'm seeing results even though part of my leg feels like a log hahahaha! You're brilliant and motivating!

MrandMrsMuscle I’ll keep you posted on my progress. I’m loving the new routines this week. Just curious do you lift heavy weights, or dumbbells only? I was a heavy lifter in the gym, but due to the gym closures I’ve made a transition to plyometrics.

jut finished this workout for the 1st time. Had completed #54 first, didn't sweat as hard as I did with this one. I like standing exercises due to bad knees, would like to see a workout that helps strengthen the knees , but i do like this one will try it again soon. Thanks always

I really struggle with finding works out that don't hurt my back since having a baby. This one was great. I love the way you have the timers and beepers too because every time I want to stop, I just say "just to the next beep" and then suddenly I had made it through the whole work out. Thank you!

I’ll start with the positives! This workout was super fun & great for those that like repetition and rounds. I personally have ADHD so to get engaged with a workout it can’t be repetitive. I tried my best to engage my core and maybe I didn’t do it well enough. I only really felt the workout in my arms and legs.

I didn't realize you were giving a 5 sec rest in between. I almost gave up in the last round but I took the rest and kept on going. I'm sweating all over this laptop right now. This is a great workout. Thank you.
