That would be lovely. I don't know if you've read up on them at all, but they have different pickups than all of the other Jazzmasters, which are brand new. So I'm curious to hear your thoughts on the bridge pickup, because I agree that although Jazzmasters tend to have amazing neck pickups, the bridge pickups seem sort of anemic by themselves. They also use a mustang style bridge and some of the color options have an all maple neck, which for whatever reason I much prefer, so I'm super interested in them and hearing your thoughts.

As am I. I might have to start saving for one, because it's way out of my price range for the foreseeable future, but I'm not smitten with the Squier Jazzmasters, although many people have many good things to say about them.

How is the balance sitting down? Coming from Strats pretty much all my life and I notice on this that the "bump" where the guitar sits on your leg is definitely farther forward which would make me think it'd be a stretch arm wise compared to a Strat to reach the neck? Thank you

Awesome review! Quick question-- how long does the battery last for the hum cancellation?

It’ll depend on how much you use the guitar. I’ve been playing mine regularly (a few times a week, give or take?) for a year without needing to change batteries-still going strong.

How does this compare sound and feel wise to like a Fano or TMG Jazzmaster style with p90s? Any idea?

I’ve owned both. Suhr will feel way more modern; Fano will feel more like a vintage guitar. Suhr feels very slinky, lots of sustain, super comfortable. Fano isn’t any less comfortable, but will just feel more like a vintage, broken-in Fender.
