you guys do not need to justify your tool boxes to anyone. Anyone who hates on a video like this has no life and is not doing anything with it. Thank you for sharing everything, it reminds me of my childhood visiting my grandfather's Mobil Gas and Service, he was the Town mechanic and had all Snap-On tools. Once he was audited and they asked him "why do you need Snap-On tools? Why can't you just use Sears tools?" He just laughed. Good guy, died way too young.

One of the best box tours ever. LEARNED A LOT!!!! Comments from professionals like yourself on various setups and tools just make it. Can't believe one and a half hours went by so fast. You guys put A LOT of work into this..it shows and it is very appreciated. Thanks. Put this thing in favorites. I work in an engineering lab, actually nothing to do with vehicles. We work on super weird things in the communications industry.

Totally agree.... when I worked in a dealership I use to buy tools in case I needed them. And sure enough many times it happened and I was the only one that had that specific tool. Totally respect it.

Starting on 13:30 explanation of tools I understand one reason it is a passion or you want to have it or unique tools you never know you need it. In addition it feels good to have it it also help just to see your tools and touch them it helps to relieve stress. Same logic if you have a pet 👍🙂 I'm just a do it yourself guy but, when I see my tools specially those expensive drills just by playing with them feels good 🙂 good video thanks for showing us, good tools, I feel good watching the tools. Thanks be safe 🙏

so just now came across you guys and i absolutely love how you guys state what you have at 10 minutes into it or around that.. its the facts, to each their own.. like me.. ive learned from experience that imo snap on is realistically just about the only way to go but their are other brands that either work maybe better for the tech or its the brand that designed that tool that the big brands dont have.. for me.. im snap on... id rather buy american made tools made by americans.. also... as an independent shop tech, it can get absolutely stupid the amount of tooling and investment required for a tech to do their jobs effectively.. i feel i have a lot of freaking tools and yet their are guys out their with 150k + invested... its crazy..

Something better than fuse savers is putting a light bulb in place of the fuse that keeps blowing. It limits the current on the circuit and gives you a dummy light to show when the short is no longer there. You can use it like a wiggle test. That Hub Grappler kit was worth every single damn penny!

I know this vid is 2yrs old but FYI for anyone just watching, you don’t have to throw away your tubing cutters when they wear out. You can buy a 5 pack of replacement blades for the cost of a new cutter. Also it was really funny to see an automotive mechanic with copper tools. I use copper screwdrivers, punches, hammers, needle nose pliers, channel locks, and several other copper tools every day. I’m an industrial mechanical engineer in the plastics industry. Copper and brass tools are very common in my industry. We use them when working on the molds. One tiny scratch on the molds face can cause $$$ down time.
