Both are great for you. In general Ifind whole food in their fresh state is best but cooked tomatoes are wonderful for you. Enjoy 😊

I think you have forgotten the Best Non-Inflammatory food - It's Papaya. Papayas are king of Fruits, having Inflamation reducing properties and highly Recommended for Arthritis cases.
