Three easy things you can do if you suffer from Arthritis or RMD -
1. Eat nuts instead of biscuits with chai/ coffee. Mineral rich, important for bone health.
2. Bring back the chutneys. Source of essentials fatty acids, improves satiety, reduces overeating.
3. Include dahi and chaas in your diet. Improves digestion, reduces gas, reduces inflammation.

@Rujutadiwekarofficial I’m so inspired by your teachings. I’m following your teachings regularly. I have one request, I’m from different part of India where I don’t understand Hindi. Of course I’m able to get some jist of the content you are speaking but since we are your South Indian followers, I request you to explain more in English so I won’t miss out on any points you say( especially the food or ingredients you mention) . That being said, I also see the efforts you put many times to translate what you just said in Hindi. Thank you so much. You are a gem that India needs. Dear I love ur content a lot and admire you too; however only a person who is having RA can understand what this pain is and what his / her life is going thru. These tips are basic, it's not going to help. You must do much more research on this. Life becomes very difficult with RA, basic combing hair becomes a challenge, having a sound and pain free sleep becomes unachievable. All day n night, one is in pain, what strength training that person will do.RA will make one anaemic, bones will become porus, body will become weak, poor digestion and poor immunity.
