@madhubalajoshi24664 жыл бұрын
Initially, take about four drps of any oil or ghee on the tip of your index finger and rub inside your nose. Do it on both sides. This traps all dust and pollen in the nasal tube, it does not reach your breathing tract. Also take half a spoon of home pound or equivalent quality haldi in a cup of hot milk.

@Madhura18184 жыл бұрын
Sprouts should be cooked for a little time and on low flame. I use hot tava off flame to cook sprouts. This heat deactivates certain enzymes found in sprouted pulses, which otherwise will interfere with digestion and absorption process.

Ashokarishta works wonders! Am telling u personal experience. U can consume it a week before ur date and stop once u get ur period If the condition is too bad then u can start 14 days before cycle Also the most Important thing is drinking adequate water before our date at least 14 days before be conscious and drink more . Coconut water 4 days BEST! TO AVOID .....PICKLES,REFINED OIL,MAIDA,REFINED SUGAR GARAM MASALA AND ANIMALS IF U EAT THEN VEGETARIAN DIET IS THE BEST ! ALSO I HAVE DONE TBIS MYSELF I SIMPLY STOP TALKING IN 4 DAYS AND SIT WITH CLOSED EYES 30 MINS MORNING AND 30 AT NIGHT HOPE THIS WILL CLEAR UR PROBLEM!
