Marion, I LOVE your chili oil! I made your recipe and I often open the jar just to enjoy the aroma, which isn't "hot" at all, so toasty and complex. The only suggestion I have is to keep trying to make your products more available in the US, especially your special sauces, i.e. the Balinese and a turmeric one I can't remember the name of. So far in the midwestern US I've been able to find the coconut chili sauces, the chicken, sticky ribs and beef marinades, as well as the General Tso's (LOVE that one), Pad Thai, Kung Pao and Green Curry meal kits. I would love to find more. I have a rather new food blog on Facebook, and I have already encouraged my subscribers to check out your recipes and products. Well done!

The noodles... 🤤 i love them so much! And i'm always add some veggies everytime i cook noodle. because for me, it gives a satisfying taste (idk, how to describe it 😂) in my mouth 😋 Anyway, you are the best chef ma'am! And love your videos so much (Sorry for bad english)
@MaZEEZaM5 жыл бұрын
I think this feeling is that you get from being healthy :D I wish I cooked more veg in my diet lol. The only error you made with your English is here (I'm always add some veggies everytime I cook) You should have used the word Adding rather than add because of your inclusion of I'm. I'm being short for I am, so you would be saying (I am always add some veggies) rather than I'm always adding....If you had wrote I add some veggies everytime then it would have been correct. If I was being really picky, Everytime should be separated into individual words, Every Time.

Hi Marion. You have been asking for ideas for recipes, and I did your miso eggplant dish tonight, it was fabulous. Both my husband and I started Keto at the start of 2019. We just got back from Japan, where we strayed a little, but we are gaining so many benefits we do not want to stop. I noticed you used an unlabled oil? if it is vegetable or peanut oil I would have to substitute it. What I would like is other recipes that does not contain carbs, or very little, Keto suitable. That would go down well, as I know there are alot of us Keto people who are real foodies , thanks

Hi Marion: just wondering, as someone who's grown up and eternally obsessed with noodles and Asian dishes but was recently diagnosed with diabetes, what would you suggest to sub in to make noodle dishes sans noodles? Zoodles seem a bit meh, and I've looked at other alternatives..I've been curious if anyone's tried using the fathead dough to try and make noodles, but I doubt it's the same consistency. I miss ramen/fried noodles, etc. :'( TIA and TFS
@MaZEEZaM5 жыл бұрын
As someone who is recently found to be gluten intolerant I absolutely understand, perhaps you could use rice noodles as I do but at least where I am there is few choices and they just can't substitute the taste and texture of wheat based noodles or pasta for that matter, something I REALLY miss, along with quality breads. 🥶

Light of the Quran what type of vinegar? ACV distilled?
@lightofthequran89615 жыл бұрын
Acv has a very strong taste than white vinegar but for recipes mostly Acv is the choice. So it depends on what you want plus always do taste test. Another thing is don't use whole lot of vinegar just use 1-2 tablespoon mixed with either apple, grape or pomegranate Juice.

Did you use Thai soy sauce or Japanese soy sauce?
@Marionskitchen5 жыл бұрын
For Japanese recipes I tend to use Japanese Kikkoman. And for my Thai, Chinese or other Asian recipes (apart from Japanese) I use a premium Chinese light soy sauce (even though it says light, this just means regular soy sauce). And then I use a Thai dark sweet soy sauce or dark soy sauce.
