My sick routine which is vital since I work around kids is: Andrew Lessmans friendly flora, homemade elderberry syrup, DoTerra essential oils, lots of water, Bobby’s turmeric tea, and bone broth, nasal rinse. Thank you Bobby! Time to add more a few more things!

Great tips as usual! I would add, warm water with organic lemon, throughout the day, elderberry syrup, & I blend organic limes ×10 with organic garlic x10 cloves in 16oz. spring water and drink a shot every morning!

I wanted to thank you so much for the informative videos.. especially starting the new year. We have been doing keto, but I never really read the ingredients on things. I just checked macros. It has helped tremendously. Our 4 yr old grandson and my daughter live with us, and you have helped us make even better choices for him. Not to mention my husband who has CHF. He started keto a month ago and has lost 40 lbs!! So much fluid GONE! We are all feeling better and thank you for your wonderful information.

The most important thing with honey: BUY LOCAL TO YOU. It helps with allergies, and a lot of the time allergies cause cold-like symptoms as well. Honey from bees in Utah have different pollens than bees from NY.

Hi! I'm a big fan all the way from Japan, where unfortunately, food restriction is not as high here. You really got me thinking about the honey ordeal, and the Japanese label covered all of the nutrition facts from imported foods. Japan does NOT have to label sugar contents. I got my drier and pealed off one of the "Pure Canadian Honey" I bouqht at store where they sell imported foods, and I saw 16grams of honey in 375g jar. I cannot believe it! I am going to purchase honey only approved by Japanese honey association from now on! Thank-you! Nana from Japan

@Peppermint Japan I have heard that japan is supposedly very very strict on their food market and what they will and will not accept for imported food, from America that is. That is very frustrating food labels are covered up! It is also very stupid at the same time, because consumers are not dumb, they are going to do what you did at some point. I wouldn’t trust that store anymore. I am positive we have the same problem in North America. Companies are greedy and lie.

Dear people who live in the Northwest such as Washington and oregon. I came down with breast cancer a little over a year and a half ago. Ended up having to have a total mastectomy. Been cancer free thus far. But one thing my surgeon is really BIG on is health. She told me that they've done a study on is we here in the northwest are "way way low on vitamin D". I take 1000 units a day now. Just thought I would pass that on. Stay well.

I read that heating honey, such as adding it to your tea, reduces it's efficacy and can also cause it to release toxins. Hey Bobby, love your videos but I would consider blurring out peoples faces in the background if they walk by you. Many people don’t consent to being on camera and may feel uneasy about it so it may be courteous to do so! I know you’ve had some people talk on camera and that’s fine bc it seems like they don’t mind but I’m just referring to the background people that kind of get close to the camera.

Could you do a video on foods that don't contain Onions, Garlic, Sage, Vinegars, Wines/Alcohol/Beers, Caffeine, carbonation, Acids, over 50% fat, spicy, for people who have digestive disorders that is also safe for diabetics? I have had to create a season salt using paparika, tumeric, thyme, salt, pepper, truvia, and oregano that my husband and I like, we really like it in smashed up avacados as a spread or dip. I found one video that talks about using diced up saute cabbage as an onion replacement in recipes, and although I loved it in meatloaf, my husband wasn't too crazy about it.

One thing that people from my country do: when they get sick, they don't go the pharmacy, they go to their kitchen because everyone has the basics to fight a cold at home. My go-to's are: 1. Iclandic moss tea (tastes horrible, but if you add honey to it, it masks the flavour) 2. Tea and liquids in general 3.Honey-mostly plain raw but I sometimes also get a jar that has dried berry flour in it, like blueberry, cranberry, etc 4.Miso broth and/or miso soup. And spicier the better. 5.Propolis. You can get already ready to go jars of it from the pharmacy but it's actually better to make it home. Just get some propolis and mix it with vodka and the longer you let it sit the better. Take about 3-4 times a day and your sore throat is gone in 2-3 days. 6.Sea buckthorn juice. You can also make it at home yourself. The super concentrated form is a bit much for a lot of people at the beginning, so you could just water it down a little and build up to it. But that for me is a staple during winter and helps me to not get sick as much.

Take a can of coconut milk and blend it smooth. Put it in a bowl. Open up and sprinkle a probiotic capsule into the bowl. Mix thoroughly and cover. Put it in a dark corner of the kitchen for a few days. When it becomes sour move to glass jar and store in the fridge. Amazing homemade coconut yogurt!

Dr. Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar when I’m in the vortex of feeling sick. Works like a charm. Plus a hot drink w/ ACV, Raw Local Honey, fresh lemon, and cinnamon. 2-3 times per day. Miracle 🙌🏼.

As soon as possible after symptoms start, I stop eating solid food. The less I eat, the more clear pure and simple the fluids, the quicker I recover!

True, coffee is a diuretic. But you consume a lot more water than it would make you lose. I personally drink tea when I have a cold, as coffee is too rough on my stomach as well as my throat。

Can you talk about the weird gums in all vegan “imitation” products? Like vegan “cream cheese”, “yogurt”, etc. Also, where can you buy cashew no sugar yogurt or how can you make it? I found that to be closest to yogurt.

I don’t get colds or flu much but the last time I got a cold, as soon as I started feeling it coming on I would chomp on a raw garlic clove everyday . It can be unpleasant if you don’t like garlic & because it’s raw it’s very hot but I couldn’t really taste anything at that point so it didn’t bother me. I did that for 3 days straight & by the 4rth day I was feeling 50-60% better. If you can’t chew it by itself, let it simmer in your chicken broth to soften a bit.. but the LESS it cooks, the more potent it is to fight the virus.

How about a video on the different ways of eating these probiotic and fermented foods. Like what you can do with them because plain yogurt is nasty, and so is kefir, and I'm going to guess kim chi is too. Would be nice to see how other people eat them - I'm guessing they don't eat it by itself.

I never get sick. I eat garlic regularly it is a natural antibiotic. Get fresh roast it add to salads soups eat raw and sprinkle on meats while cooking. Also make a tea with garlic. Oh i also dronk green tea daily hot in morning cold during the day and hot before bedtime. I add lemon and cinnamon stick when brewing up.
