I have had surgery on my right lower back in my pelvic area. I think maybe arthritis has set in. Standing straight for long periods of time and walking creates great pain. When I bend over it eases the pain. Will these yoga poses help with improving my pain?

Should we do cat and cow pose if we our wrist joints are weak and we feel pain and pressure while doing it?

Tanya Pal If there is some injury in the wrists, then you can avoid! However, if it is weak, We would suggest that you should first strengthen the wrists before trying Cat-Cow Pose. Also, You can even hold the poses for little less time just to make sure that your wrists become accustomed to the poses. This way you will be able to slowly increase the amount of time. Initially, it might pain a bit. Eventually, They will become used to the poses! 😀
