Unfortunately the world does not work like that. There’s people that despise bigger people. It’s hard for bigger people to live their life without any judgement. I got bullied today about my body. So thanks for the encouragement. But let’s be realistic. In order to be accepted in society you do have to make necessary changes in order to live a peaceful life. God bless x

@@victooooria5307 Yeah, I did do the workout, but I forgot to say I completed itZ I will say I have gotten slimmer. I’ve lost 25 pounds in total. That’s also with eating better and being more active.

DAY 1- super easy i didn’t have trouble but still felt the burn DAY 2- SAW SOME CHANGES i was so excited and happy too see i went from 31.9 waist too a 30 in just A DAY love it DAY 3- AHHH im a 29 NOW i loose a inch every day i guess workout was good nothing too challenging!! DAY 4- IM LITERALLY A 28 😍😍😍 LOVE THIS DAY 5- (remind me)

Help me to complete the exercises with a like for each day Day 1: ✅, my waist started hurting and I didn’t see any changes. Day 2: ✅, the exercises were very easy to do, but because of my waist hurting it was a little bit hard, and there is a little bit change, omg I am so happy😭💓 Day 3: ✅, at the first day doing the side plank pulse was very hard, but now I can easily do it. Yes but you can not say that diet but yes started eating healthy food and I just ignored all the sweets and cakes in this lockdown and done some exercises told by Robert' z gym and nothing else . By this only I able to reduce my weight so faster

I remember me doing workouts on this page in 2019 and i lost so much weight! But then i started to slowly gain weight and then i was kinda mad at my self and im starting to do it again! 2019: 120 weight 2021: 160 weight

Omg so I’ve been doing this for a week now and fyi I did this and another video I don’t know the girls name and I lost 3 lbs no diet no joke guys do this it works! And not only that I’ve been loosing wait in my thighs too for some reason and it’s a good thing in my opinion bc I hate my thighs!! Did this workout for 5 months, and saw results. So, I'm gonna start to do this workout again, and be consistent. I'm gonna start to do this work out again (yes, I've been doing this before just stopped) please root for me! D1 - ✅ D2 - ✅ D3 - ✅ (it burns) D4 - ❌ (I took a break today, I'll do this tom) D5 - ✅ D6 - ❌ (I went to a friends house to do school work, so when I come back home I don't have enough energy anymore to even move, will do this tom) D7 - ✅ D8 - ✅ (todays workout was extra hard for me, I don't know why, but it's done, thank goodness) D9 - ✅ D10 - ✅ (the sore! 😩) D11 - REST DAY D12 - ✅ D13 - ✅ (todays workout was kinda hard for me again, bc I just got home from school and I don't wanna miss a day, so I still did this even tho I'm tired enough) D14 - ❌ (tired from school my body couldn't take it to move, will do this tom for sure) D15 - ✅ D16 - ❌ (I'm not feeling to do a workout yesterday, so..) Day 1: ✅ I really felt the burn today 😩 And it was hard to do some of the workouts like the side planks. I just need to learn how to motivate myself to keep on doing it every day until I like my results Day 2: Update: Sadly I only did it for that one day bc of my procrastination, but I’m gonna try to do it tomorrow (or in this case in the morning). @@lunansheiwat9293 I used to do it once in a day before cuz i was really lazy...Then I started doing it twice a day and it's more effective...I guess you need to wait paitenly to see results..Of course I got results more over in 3 to 4 months... And remember # weight loss is a slow process...!You didn't gained all your weight on just a meal.. so don't except it to lose on a salad..💜

Trying this every day from now on; Day 1: Pretty hard, couldn't do the side planks, but that's alright. Not seeing a difference yet :) Day 2: Still hard, but getting better at it, got company from my little sister. Very little difference in my hips:) Also going on a calorie decifit

Day 1✅: First time foing the excercise! Felt good, especially with stretches before hand. The side plank pulse is quite hard to do for me, I feel as if my arm is lowkey gonna dislocate, though I'm not sure if that pressure applied on it and the pain is a part of doing this excercise. I will continue to do this for one week and see how it goes!

found this in my recommended after 4 years lol Im trying to glow up before school heres my journey😋 Day 1:✅ Hurt a bit especially the side planks lol and still no changes (like to remind me) Day 2:✅ It started burning more and i lost a pound and i could see some changes in my stomach!

This is my first day, I'll say my progress. Day 1- it was quite exhausting but easy, I still felt the burn but no changes... Day 2- ✅️ Done, it was a lot easier than yesterday, and I DID see some changes. But still, I need to keep doing it for 2 weeks, I'll update yall I'll do day 3 tomorrow

I started at 127lb Day 1: complete Day 2:Complete Day 3 :complete Day 4 complete Day 5 complete Day 6 complete Day 7 complete I did this for 1 week and now i am at 120lb

People! This exercise is really affective! I've been doing this from 21 days. My waist was 75cm and now its 67 cm. You just have to be consistent that's all !!!!!

Day 1: i wanted to change so my friend suggested me to do this workout with some yoga stretches before. it felt great, i hope i can do this for a week or two Day 2: it was easy and i really felt the burn on my belly Day 3: i just got home from taking my cousin at the airport since she is going to south korea and i was very tired but I kept saying "I can do it!" as my day phrase to keep going from my workout. I just finished it now and after 20 minutes I'm going to take a bath to release some tension.

Gonna update on this. Day 1: Pretty hard for me cause I'm not doing exercises but I can feel the burn and it works. Day 2: Some sourness on my belly and back but still continue to do this and I see difference from before. Day 3: Still feel soreness but nothing can stop me from exercising! A lot of difference from day 1 and I lose weight too ! Must maintain proper diet also.

Hey y’all I want to share my results for one weeks! My goal is to get toned and a smaller waist! I will also be doing this twice a day. And I will be having a healthier diet. 😁 Before: Waist-26 inches 66 cm I am 5’7 and weigh 116 Day one ✅: I really like this workout my abs are burning I love itttt! Day two: ✅ my abs are so sore doing this 😂 Day three: ✅ love this! I have been less bloated too! Day four: ✅ I can’t explain how much I love this workout it’s so fun! I also areadoy notice less bloating and my waist looks smaller. It is too it’s 65 cm! Day five:✅ getting easier and lot of fun! Day six: ✅ really like this routine and it’s burns during workout! One week!!:✅ yay one week! Doing great notice results and my waist is a little below 65 cm it’s about 64 1/2 cm!! I really enjoyed this and u will keep doing this!

Day 1 ✅ BRO WHY IS THIS SO PAINFUL. I’M BURNT! No difference yet, but it’s so burning. Will check in back tmr! Day 2 ✅ No much difference, but I feel like my stomach burning, and def lost some weight around the stomach, but guys it hurts but sooo worth it 😂

Come work out with me for 1 week straight. ( iam also doing "6 lower belly exercises to make belly fat cry" ) Day 1: ✅ | was nice and all felt the burn no difference of course. | Day 2: ✅ | felt ALOT of pain before and after the workout saw some differences. | Day 3: ✅ | didn't feel that much pain as before saw ALOT of difference on my waist!! ( will try the warm up exercises today!! )

Let's go, notarioffical! It is important that you start and end your workout with a warm-up. This will prepare your muscles and joints for activity by warming up and stretching before you do the routines. The muscle soreness is normal as it is a sign that you're getting stronger, and is nothing to be alarmed about. Again, on your next workout try to do warming up exercises first and let me know how it goes. Hope this help! Good luck and Happy workout!💪

Im going to do this and the flat tummy workout for 2 weeks and log my results Day 1: I haven’t worked out in awhile and i also expierience back pain and this workout and the other one that is also for flat tummy helped with it in a way i will link it here but so far i obviously haven’t seen any results yet but i feel great! Day 2: i couldn’t complete some of the excercise a on there so i will be working on that soon! but overall i feel great i sweated a bit (remind me to continue please!)😊 Day 3: I see a slight difference my stomach looks more toned and i feel a bit slim and i think im going to start drinking more water ❤️ please continue to remind me!

I do this every morning but first start out by walking 2mi on my treadmill and so far I see some result. I lost 2lb!! I just need to work on my healthy eating then I am sure I will lose more.

I do this along with 6 rounds of 30 second vacuums every morning. Beginning - Waist 27” Day 1 ✅ Day 2 ✅ Day 3 ✅ Waist 26” (I checked after my workout this morning & I can’t believe it honestly, like.. so fast??) Day 4 ✅ Day 5 ✅ Day 6 ✅ Day 7 ✅ Day 8 ✅ Day 9 ✅ Day 10 ✅

Day 1- very easy kinda fun some were hard to do but I pushed through! Day 2- it was still easy but like day 1 some were very hard and tiring Day 3-it was more tiring but I was determined and got through it, I deff felt the burn but still no changes.

Just made 16😙, and decided to start working out from young😊. Decided since im quarantining for about 9 days why not start now. Here is my daily update. Day 1: Completed✅(dear god, the side planks will be the death of me i was wobbling and shaking couldnt balance at all😭, think i did maybe 1 or 2 right and the side crunches were a little challenging, but other than that it was quite easy😊 Day 2: Completed✅ (easier than yesterday, kinda figured out how to do the side planks, slipped a bit but improvements were made today. Definately felt the burn today.) Day 3:Completed✅ (today was really hot, so it was more challenging today, i was interrupted alot by people in my house but i still finished nonetheless. Still struggling with the side planks, but i think i did 7-9 in a row without slipping😊) Day 4: Completed✅ (today was a good day, only slipped about 2x for the side planks😊 definately getting better). Day 5: Completed✅ (little mistakes with the side planks. Other than that it was good getting used to it😊) Day 6: Completed✅ (only slipped once with the side planks, near perfect this time, also another successful day with the rest exercises.😌) Day 7: Completed✅ (everything was fine today, a success😁) Day 8: Completed✅ (great day today💪🏾) Successful🥳
