This was very helpful. I love the instructions. Perfect amount of pause between words- helps me to absorb the words and incorporate into the movement‼️💪🏻♥️

Hi Anete, thank you for your amazing videos, which help me so much to improve my training. For this particular video, how can I include these exercises in my training ? In a rest day ? Or in my warm up ? Or in a stretch day ? Or it doesn't matter ? Thank you !!
@AneteBlaua4 жыл бұрын
You can do all of them, just dont choose all of them. I like to incoorporate these in my stretching routines. But you can add some in your warms ups, dont over stretch before workouts. Also in rest days is a good idea to balance out from the pole workouts.

Hey I love your videos - they're so informational and thorough, thanks for taking the time to make them! I'm a newbie newbie waiting for my home pole to ship. Any extra advice for someone who has one shoulder that likes to dislocate? I hope just by strengthening the muscles I will gradually increase my range of motion and feeling of control (any motion where my arm is up and starts to move back behind my body has me nervous). My shoulders are not balanced in this way. Right now even just lifting this arm when it's stretched out above my head from child's pose freaks me out a little and makes me anxious that my shoulder will come out! I just plan on taking it slow on that side but being diligent with regular conditioning, anything else I should keep in mind?

Work on strengthening, lots of stability and mobility exercises every day. You will know when you can trust your shoulder, this fear means its not ready yet.

Hi Aneta, Thank you!! I love your video's, they are so helpful :) Do you have any tips for a wholistic approach to combining strength, flexibility, learning and practicing tricks and choreography into a week? I've gotten so strong in 6 months starting at beginner by just dancing and learning new tricks but can feel weaknesses, do you have a suggested routine to balance out all the aspects required for a wholistic approach to training? Thank you xx
