After he says "That all you got?" he's in control and clearly loving it. Caught a quick smirk when Harry's charging back in from the balcony, and again right after Harry THUDS against the second-floor banister. The suit really has its claws in Peter by now, and Harry being "the other man" was basically the last straw. It's actually a little incredible Peter even gives Harry a second chance ("I'm done trying to convince you.") And if you frame-by-frame the pumpkin bomb throw, it's clear that if Peter didn't have his Spider Sense it would have hit him in the back of the head. Like damn, Harry.

I like that Harry's blade has a high frequency sound to it to later note the Symbiote's weakness to it. It could've been attributed a bit more as a bigger hint, but the closeup on Peter's eye with the blade does enough for it. Maybe having the suit slightly tear but I digress.

The Grenade toss back was probably one of his most ruthless & savage moments. He spared Harry’s life, leaving him the same the fate he gave his dad years ago only for him to try to make a cowardly attempt to kill Peter like his father tried, but symbiote Peter was over it at that point, and had no more mercy to give. Let’s not forget that Norman threw a grenade at peters face as well so maybe Peter knew it wouldn’t kill him

Originally the director wanted to have the scene where he’s walking around carefree like a jackass with his new makeover come directly after this moment, showing how little peter cared about his actions and just living large after doing something so cruel.
