www.buymeacoff... Welcome to the BODYWEIGHT BASICS Series. These workouts use intervals of 70 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to fully fatigue each muscle group. Using no equipment except your own body-weight you will see how much definition and strength you can achieve in just 30 minutes and in minimal space. The pace is fast, but the moves are not complicated to follow so you can really focus on executing each one with perfect form.
In Bodyweight Basics Stretch Sculpt you will see standing and mat exercises that will challenge your balance and lengthen your muscles. There are unique combinations that are easy to follow but tough to do. There will be easier modifications shown throughout, so make sure you choose your level. The exercises include lots of lunges, squats, leg raises, a push up combination, leg extensions and a lengthening stretch to finish. To intensify this workout you can add light dumbbells or ankle weights.

This class really stretches and strengthens. I liked the body weight movements as I feel it helps me with mobility. Having sat down so much the previous day this was a great short class that balanced both sides of my body, my concentration and it felt so good to move differently 💖 Thank you Linda

That was so much fun! I was siting on the quick transition portion of the plank walk thru's because of my knee, back and wrist issues. But I did your modifications and I feel accomplished :)

What a unique and challenging workout! I am 49 years old and I danced ballet for 14 years, taught step for 3 years and I am currently a health coach. I have been experiencing some issues in both hips and had been doing a lot of weight training and I just needed to find a different kind of workout that was still challenging but easier on my body and your workouts have been fantastic! Thank you so much!
