Hey Tim, big fan of the videos that you have been putting out. My city went on full lockdown so I used that time to do your 30 day yoga challenge. I crushed it in 25 days 😄. Your channel is the first KZbin channel I've ever subscribed too and it's because of the way you teach man! I've moved on to more difficult videos such as this one. I feel amazing that after 30 days I can confidently do 80 minutes of yoga! Keep up the amazing work amigo!

I have a strange hip issue that prevents me from doing a lot of the more advanced positions that require heavy hip flexibility. I'm working on it but it's a daily struggle!

Thanks Tim! I've been practicing a lot of iyengar yoga and functional movement lately. The slow transitions and holds in this video really allowed me to bring awareness to alignment in each posture. Traditional vinyasa flow sometimes is too fast to really pay attention to all the subtle cues, so I appreciated this practice!

Pretty long and elaborated for motorized control of your body. I really appreciated it and learned a lot again. Most weakness is from lower quality on connectivity through the hips and lombal spine. thx. take always two steps upstairs ;). brings power for necessary high line up in climbing and jumpin to the board to catch nice waves.

I started this video yesterday after not practicing in a while, but couldn't get past 50 minutes and almost gave up a few times. Fast forward today my body felt the effects and I tried to do it today and ways able to do the full sequence! Was pretty sad about the sound issue somewhere in inbetween 30-40 min mark. But enjoyed it overall! Thanks!

Thank you Tim, my body hears your cues well. I was able, mostly on the second side, to fill the outer hip activating and almost stretching at the same time during that slightly durational one leg flow. It was really helpful to feel, I've dealt with knee issues/instability, and connecting/reconnecting to my hip, glutei and hamstring has been a necessary, difficult process, but one I'm grateful for. Thank you again. I love the longer the flows

Hi Tim, you're awesome! last year I had to have a hip repair, not replacement. I tore my labrum, had bone spears discovery and my hip was in bad shape in term of pain. I'm a big Bikram Yoga practicer 10 years, but now I'm doing a combination of low and intermediate vinyasa yoga to get my gluts and buttock muscles to engage to bring back my flexibility. I made it through class pretty good but I do notice that my right side where I had the surgery is still weak and little painful so I back off, but at same time challenge myself. So I'm going to go through this class several time to build up my strength on the right side and try to open my hip before moving on. I like your energy. Thank you

I'm so happy about the mobility focus you've rolled into your channel. I've been practicing with you since 2017 and I love being able to grow along with you. This really complements my running - especially the glute/hammy activation and focus, along with the foot activation. Thanks so much for all you do!
