Toxic work culture is also because of the employees themselves. Those who don't have any skill or talent is good at bootlicking bosses. And bootlickers are the ones who get the appraisals,those who do sutta with managers. Also, why Indian employees don't ever ask for "overtime compensation" when they work longer hours? Because we are donkeys.

On paper, I have to work 9 hrs but some douchebags in the office will work more than 12 hrs to get the manager's attention. I did nothing wrong and I am doing my job well within the stipulated time but the problem is that douchebag will get increment and promotion only because he is giving extra hrs to the company.

How does Company consider 🤔 in both cases ? 🤔 Like One who is charging real Hours daily with full Responsibility & integrity & earn More Billing to Company from Client ? Or Another one who is the Douchebag, working in real more daily 9+hrs (12/14 hrs) & charging 9hrs daily to client from Company ?? 🤔 I am wondering, why Company consider 2nd one to retain (less charging to client- less Billing) over 1st one - more Billing earner for get fired ? 🤔

I don't know what toxic work culture means I left the job beacuse of medical issue as I was not able to manage my basic daily tasks I was so busy that I didn't get time for gym or daily walk my health got deteriorated I had nothing to enjoy other than one or two day leave in a week beacuse health was not my concern time and time my health got worse I do not know how to say but I left job last year I lost all my savings for medical treatment I am OK now but I am in search of job my age is also a concern if my health was in place I did not have to leave job

This is our advanced earth and we are Intelligent human beings. Shame to say about this. We will need to focus on this type of matter rather than Mars , Jupiter, Artificial Intelligence. Human being destroy their life by own. They will need to focus and experiment on psychological issue which will prevent upcoming health issue. Human will need to focus on kidney, heart problem permanent solution. But they are focusing on AI which has no self consciousness and it will not possible also. This AI will cut lot of jobs also.

Upgrade to MS Excel 365. Power query editor with latest updates will be available. So learn Power query and then you can upgrade to Power BI where you will be doing same power query for data cleaning.

8 years ka BPO experience valuable hai, aur data analyst field join karna possible hai agar ap Excel, Power BI, aur SQL jaise tools par focus karein. Coding zaroori nahi hai; analysis aur reporting skills important hoti hain. Free resources se start kijiye aur apne projects build karke apni skills dikhaiye!

First of all the companies don't give complete information about the job profile later after joining they give additional work somethings its not relevant also, they will give extra pressure which makes things difficult.
