Thank you for this! I’m a married mom of two and I have a demanding corporate job. I was beating myself up for not checking everything off my urgent list on the weekends. I’ve shifted my mindset and not as overwhelmed.

I purchased your workshop and paired it with your task video. These helped me use google calendar to the fullest. I also use a life planner and I have such a great grasp on what I’m doing now. Love love love your organizational content.

What is the life planner?
@PictureItPF Жыл бұрын
@@michellegerdes8993 I use the Erin Condren planner. I've tried several and keep coming back to that one. I've worked out a system with the vertical layout that I really love.

Thank you for this refresher video! I had mentioned in another post that I am one of the overwhelmed people. My dad just was in hospital, then hospice, then he passed away over a month ago. I’m catching up on your videos. Thanks again for your videos!

Hi Michelle. I'm sorry to hear about the passing of your father. It makes sense you feel overwhelmed. Give yourself grace on how you feel and make every effort to stay on top of what could hurt you long-term if you let it go.

Tracy, love your videos and have been watching for years. My life definitely improved since! ❤ You briefly mentioned here, not to compare yourself with anybody else. Could you do a video/instagram stories on that? I often struggle with this, especially with people close to me when they have move of the things that I would like to have in my own life. Would appreciate your view and advice.

Thanks. I added “dry cleaning” on my to-do list straight after watching this video! I keep it on my iPhone. I write my to-do’s in order of priority.

Thank you for a great video Tracy! My weakest link is deciding "on the day " that I would like to bake with my kids. Not only is it piling on to my already busy task list but I haven't prepared ingredients for it and this causes overwhelm. Lesson learned to decide the night before and organise a time and plan for this activity or any activity.

Thank you for reminding us of previous tips and adding to it here. I'm going to replay this one. I feel overwhelmed because we might relocate, but we don't have all the information or know for sure. We're in the waiting phase. It reminds me of waiting for a baby's arrival or finding out acceptance into a school. It's living in that "not yet" part that I find overwhelming or difficult to plan.

I'm not sure if you've covered it in a video or not, but what did you do before this, was it many different jobs that built you to where you are now or did you have a set career path you took that was your 2nd choice until you started coaching? If you don't mind sharing, what did Paul do or what does he still do?
@TracyHensel Жыл бұрын
Hi Sheila. Paul has worked for the same corporation since he was 18. He was hired as a co-op in his first year of college, and the corporation hired him full-time once he completed his degree. Paul and I married while I was still attending college. The corporation he worked for paid for spouses tuition at the time, so the timing of us getting married helped us out financially having my final semesters covered. Paul also completed Grad school during this time and took advantage of his place of employment covering those expenses. After I finished college, I worked at a pharmaceutical suppler until I had my first child, in which I stayed home to raise a family. I started Body & Balance in 2007, which later became Tracy Hensel and Hensel Coaching & Consulting. To hear more I encourage you to watch this video where Paul and I cover the topic more in depth: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rIOUo3WQobNleaM and this video for my life's work and why I chose the helping modality I did: kzbin.info/www/bejne/f4bZiGWPf5eJoKs Please subscribe if you're not and hit the notification bell so that you don't miss these videos.

Registration ends tomorrow, but the registration will end if the class is full. If you can't register, it's probably full. You could email customer support to verify.
