Hadi needs to do more vacuum poses and abs on stage to show off his tight abs and conditioning. His body has a 1990s style and conditioning and that's the reason he can beat much bigger guys on stage!

متاسفانه بزرگترین ضعف هادی توی فیگور گیری هست که مسلط نیست روی عضلاتش، همین باعث میشه بدنش اونجوری که هست دیده نشه و به حق اصلیش نرسه توی مسابقات، هادی انسان این توانایی رو داره که اکثر عضله های بدنش رو کنترل کنه و حتی باهاشون بازی کنه، رو این مورد خیلی تمرین کن که موقع فیگور گیری تسلط کامل داشته باشی و راحت بدنتو نشون بدی خصوصا عضلات پشت... موفق و سربلند باشی و مرسی که ایرانی هارو سربلند کردی.
