I like the cable version of tri. kickback,......more control and tension,....also you can easily go up and down on the weight with a quick pin adjustment.

I do a lot of these exercises in the gym and ppl look like all this twisting/rotation action isn’t good. But the results are undeniable. Best techniques for GAINZZZ. I’m joining to see what Elise he has in store on his site 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾👍🏾🔥

Just depends what head you want to work, normal kickbacks are for the long head but Charles's variation are for the lateral head :)

2:40 I do these with 5 pd plate weights in sets of 12 and then I work up to 12 pds. My form has improved greatly within a yr. I dont really see anyone else do these at my gym either 🤔 but alot of people stare.

use a cable or band. you get tension 100% of the movement instead of 40% of the movement.

Yes it is safe. You’re actually twisting your wrist. When you “kickback” twist your wrist to make the palm of your hand face upward, toward the ceiling. Then you’ll be doing it correctly. Be sure to choose a good weight, not too heavy but just right, and then maybe a bit heavier.

Dumbbell tricep kickbacks are less effective. It's more effective using cable kickback

@@ndg8240 exactly like why the hell you need my bench when others are free. A guy did that to me this morning. I'm like really man? You see my phone is on it. After I finish my pull down I'm going back to the bench I'm on my last set. Then he says can I use it until then. I looked at his big ass and said no more roids for you whatever you using is messing your brain up. He was a big dude I'm small I'm 6'1 at 175. But I'm natural and never juiced. Seeing him it like unnatural just my perspective lol. But yeah there was an empty bench to me left and 2 other empty on my right. So much space why impose?
