There's a mission I did for a pop star who was looking to see if her manager, who she fell into a relationship with, was cheating on her. It was worse as he was planning to brain her into a Braindance since she was a full conversion Cyborg at this point. It didn't turn out well for anyone at the end since I told her and she decided to calmly have a Cyber Psychosis breakdown right in front of me. I would have immediately knocked her out and called the Fixer, Regina, to ger her treatment if it were an option.

5:00 As someone who read up on tons of the lore both before and in preparation for 2077, I will always adamantly stand by the statement that Johnny's whole deal makes total sense in the original lorebooks and ttrpg and the fact that they couldn't properly flesh out an already well fleshed out character that had decades of work put into his story is really telling of how bad this game will always be no matter how many bugs they fix.

In this video when maxor is talking about mercenaries,at the beginning, an image of an african warlord appears, this is not a joke but a reference to another youtuber who has a very complicated name to write correctly. it would be the fusion of the name of the egyptian god Set plus the chaos god of mages in 40k and tec at the end. This guy makes very good videos, the best in my opinion is a review of "Star Sector" that has millions of views, I highly recommend it.

As for New Vegas... Yeah. Your not the first one I met having that opinion, and I get it why (by the time I got to play it, I already learned a little bit of coding because of Skyrim), but if you can get through the gamebreaking bugs, and frame rate issues (and "improving" the experience via community mods, and yes, MxR got me into it, but you can only get sooo far with a potato for a gaming pc), it's all worth it imo. Ps.: When it comes to that picture of a pc casing with the fan trapped to it's side.... Yeah, you'd be surprised how effective that actually is.

@@kuranhelix278 yeah, I get it. It's a sad fact, that games are released to the public half done, and completely broken nowadays (I'm a Warframe player, I know what broken is). However Cyberpunk and New Vegas is a very bad comparison for this. FNV had *way* less time to be made than Cyberpunk did, (main reason why Obsidian used FO3's engine, instead of making something completely new), and still managed to have a lot more branched quests.

As someone who is a fan of the Cyberpunk 2020 franchise, Cyberpunk 2077 felt like a slap in the face. It had the ultraviolence the universe is known for, but lacked the grit and the feel of the loss of humanity, hell, even the hacking was a joke. I know you couldn't have become the most wanted and feared criminal in the world,or become the king of Night City(they could have LA or any major SoCal city as that's where the game is set), but you could have worked up to being a major underworld criminal. I mean seriously, in the Cyberpunk 2020 universe, the player characters are all criminals.

First off i know this vid is old and this might not get read or seen but i still want to make my comment. My first experience with Cyberpunk 2077 was day 1 on Xbox One and i loved every moment of it as i was playing it but when i heard of a memory leak that could crash your game and corrupt your save file i put the game on hold for awhile a.k.a till after patch 1.5 a.k.a the last big patch CDPR did for the game, and while i was skeptical at first i reinstalled the game hopped in and enjoyed myself and the game again as though it was a fresh clean slate, but shortly after a few problems came up that made me drop the game again for awhile. Which brings me to today where i have been playing Cyberpunk 2077 on off for the past two weeks on Xbox series X and have been enjoying every moment of it, it's definitely not perfect and has obvious flaws when they appear but the moment to moment gameplay and the story and even the vast majority of side missions are great and enjoyable, plus i just often times walk the streets exploring to find lil' secrets and hidden areas. And i can wholeheartedly say it is worth your money to pick up and play through at least once especially if you can get it on sale, but it is also completely understandable that the horrid launch so many people had to deal with still makes you skeptical, to which i say just wait till the next big patch and see then if you want to play it or skip it forever.

i played throug most of cyberpunkt, and in the end i regeted half of it. the other half was a good game with good, if sometimes weird, writing and a decent gamplay experience, until i found the strongest weapon in the game in a parking lot, and realised that armor is useless, as even with insane amounds of it, is does jackshit.

About the Sidequests. Its like Fallout or Skyrim for me. Just ignore the main story and do sidequests for some time. Then when you leveld up enough do the story and I like it. As for Fallout New Vegas...I strangly never liked it. I don't know why. I loved the one before it but never got into NV even though everyone considers it to be the better game. I still want to do a second playthrough of Cyberpunk after some new patches come out. Also playing on PC, after the first or second bigger patch, I hardly had any gamebreaking bugs, also there where still bugs. Also do his DooM Eternal review next.

@@Airier Bethesda games at that time just weren't very friendly to consoles, especially the PS3 versions had a lot of issues. I remember Skyrim having a bug where the game would also slow down and become unplayable after a save file reached a certain size. Now, the PC version of New Vegas was also pretty borked, but at least you can fix it with unofficial patches. It's still worth playing even today, if you aren't fooled and expect New Vegas to be a second Fallout 3 because of superficial similarities. It's a lot slower and has more focus on roleplaying.

main quest was boring but quests that in normal game would be for factions and companions were incredible .................. and then long list of missing or only partially implemented features and complete lack of beginning replaced by game commercial and interesting characters killed mainly to keep constant focus on your mental narrator and every ending telling you that you are destined to die before next game comes out (maybe after few decades when shame will be forgotten by everyone (started to play after patch 1.3 on steam and still managed to count almost 3 dozen game breaking buggs and so far maybe 5 were mentioned in patch notes)) because of cyberpunk 2077 my faith in value of fallout 4 have risen

they weretrying to take their time yet people kept demanding they release it. johnny was a famous musician and war vet but eventually grew disgusted with what corps were doing so he started putting anticorp into his songs and eventually decides to get proactive about it. his conert before the tower bombing was a farewell to his fans. if you really did all but melee its no wonder wwhy they didnt do anything. you can focus on three attributes. if you dont your gonna spread your skills and perks too thin. itd be like only taking al the rank 1 and 2 perks in skyrim, ignore the last tree, and have none left over to put into those trees further.

i found the quests if you read the mesages and dialogue to have implied effects on the world and do sometimes connect to other things like having the target of one gig being a valentino you meet in jackies funeral. it feels like they had to rush out the game and thus werent able to put the full faction systems and choices. the meredith scene happens if you ask for a reward when she texts you later in the game. she thinks your implying a braindance and chill and when you meet up you can refuse. theres also a "special" weapon you can use in the open world in the room you meet her.
