Just process durian, coconut milk and flour, this durian recipe really easy to make at home. It's so delicious and perfect for afternoon treat with family and friends!
Ingredients 材料:
150 g durian flesh (mashed) 榴莲果肉（捣碎）
180 g (1¼ cup) all-purpose flour 中筋面粉
40 g (1/3 cup) rice flour 粘米粉/在来米粉
60-80 g (¼-1/3 cup) sugar 糖
1 tsp (3 g) instant yeast 速发酵母
A pinch of salt 少许盐
150 ml (5/8 cup) coconut milk 椰浆
1 tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil 菜油
40 g (1/4 cup) almond diced 杏仁碎粒
Some almond diced for garnish 适量杏仁碎粒作点缀
