I went through almost 3 large containers of peanut butter to develop this recipe😅 I hope you'll like it!

Unique Flavor indeed! Makes me feel like making Hazelnut Muffin now! Great idea you introduced here. I also wondering if you and Ray would be exploring Hokkaido cream bread - it has multi-layer like puff pastry but not puff up. Layer and layer of bread sheets bun easily found in Japan. I just fall in love with it. Costco starts to carry it lately but I want to learn.

I’m surprised you know the bread! Did you travel to Japan lately? If you did, I hope you enjoyed it!!

Hi, thanks for the recipe. I tried it and they turned out super soft and yummy. I reduced sugar to 40g (instead of 100g) and it was just the perfect amount of sweetness, so you can count them as healthy snack. 😁👏🏼

May i make this recipe in a bundt cake form? I should double the cooking time ? Like for 45-50 minutes ?
@PastryLivingwithAya9 ай бұрын
Good question! I can only guess but I think it could take a lot longer time depending on how big that is. I’m afraid if the texture gets denser with the weight. I’m curious if it works though!

Aya, I baked your recipe yesterday and all gone, my family loved them. When I bake for them I try to maximise on the nutritional value especially of sweet food. Do you think that I can add an extra egg for more protein? 🌷🧁🌷 Maria

I'm so glad! I'm not sure if that works, but it'll for sure change the texture and flavor. You can certainly try it!😊
