I tried this workout. But I think the apt name should be Devil's Workout...It's heavily intense. But am sure this workout will make arnolds in gym if followed properly. Hit Like if anyone has tried this workout

Please tell about working two body parts a day or one body part. Which split is better? Because in all your videos you mostly target one muscle group per week, is that good? Very old question I've been longing to ask please reply guru sir. Love your videos. You're the best

always change your wokout split after 8-12 weeks.. bcz doing the same split again and again is not good for your body's muscle bcz they get use to it, so you have to shock the muscle by changing the split and the no of set and reps. so if you have been folowing a single part workout spit, then now try split workout plan for next 6-8 weeks

GM Sir, please clear one doubt, Do we have to increase weight gradually from 12-10-8-10-12 ? Because at last one 12 set isn't possible for me to do it with highest weight. And thanks a lot for this new program. You are awesome...

I have a question.. So the weight is supposed to be decreased for the 4th and 5th set of every exercise to hit 10 & 12 reps respectively?
