Yo natural PB definitely has its place I'll opt for that every time over the powdered stuff and accept the higher cal. More satiating, tastier and less processed. Fats are good

I hope you didn’t try it. Ovens are known to spontaneously combust when people use a container that’s slightly smaller than the one recommended on the recipe. I used a muffin pan and it turned out fine. Just continue to check them with a toothpick until you reach the desired texture.

Yes it does! Protein powder changes the taste and the texture of the food, so leaving it out can make a huge difference. It’s like baking a cake and leaving out the flour when a recipe calls for it

I put all the same ingredients into MyFitnessPal and and set it to be 2 servings. It comes out to 600 calories per cookie. Realized that by default it selects 1 lb of eggs instead of 1 egg, so make sure to change it before you save it yall

Whoops thanks! Explained this in the comments: Air fry at 250°F for 5-8 minutes. 5 mins leaves the center super gooey and doughy. 8 mins makes the cookie more cooked, with a soft, slightly gooey center.

What do you want him to do about that? He doesnt set retail prices himself. And he already gave you an exolantion why buying in bulk size has its cost per serving benefits. Any body building recipe on youtube has these two items (powdered pb and protein powder) as staple ingredients. Also, try shoping for protein powder on sale.
