@Andreas Breu Not as an explored or overtly presented topic in-universe, just a recurrent implication. Commonly he writes scripts that involve the female characters to engage with his flirtatiously, with zero effect to plot/characterization. A particularly offputting example is Fateful Findings, where his character's friend's underage daughter tries to seduce him. Considering Neil writes his entire scripts knowing he will play the main role, it heavily comes off as creepy. It would be different if it wasn't so A. consistent and B. unessential to any story or meaning
@emilyb.8219 Жыл бұрын
Yeah kinda seems like he's got some latent violent feelings towards women :/
@Sam-gx2ti Жыл бұрын
@@hanthonyc Also his characters are just rapey. Remember Fateful Findings when that drunken man came near her, and asked why they hadn't had sex? Any woman watching would and every man watching should cringe at that scene; there's a woman alone with a drunk man who could easily overpower her trying to have sex with her. I want to love Neil but he's hella rapey ngl, and these movies are imbued with his rapiness and sexism

My spouse is the opposite gender and a different race, my children morph into animals, hell at a lot of points animals and humans morph into one another; places seep into each other, like my old jobs aren't them, I stead they're my home mixed eith the building, or school or a mixture of all 3. I'll be in one "scene" and it just changes to another but also just morphs or seeps into another until it's completely different. I don't know how dreams are supposed to be, but my spouse tells me none of that is normal.
