I know I'm a true Kapha when I hear the word "ocean" and get immediately excited 🌊💙🌊💙🌊💙🌊 your video is super simple and easy to understand (posture included right at the beginning) and I am having so much fun with adding this breath exercise to my daily routine. Thanks 🙏

Thanks so much!! Yes there are a lot of great in depth examples of ujjayi breath, but I wanted to offer a quick drop in on the how, without overloading on they why and benefits lol but there are a ton! :) I'm right there with you and the ocean!
