1 dip 5 pivot 2, i love these kind of combos, so powerful! And I know not all boxer do it that way and it depends on the situation, but as a formal competitive boxer i prefer to duck a little when doing body hooks, that way I'm less exposed and get more power from the legs to do the shot. Thank you for this workout!

I Finished this workout And I’m left dripping sweat all over the floor. This was Another great workout thank you very much for the upload Nate. I’m not sure what the sound of fitness was but it sounded like a bell
