Uma is the Chief External Affairs Officer for the National Women’s Law Center, leading strategy and growth across the organization’s work on narrative and culture change, media relations, digital organizing campaigns, creative and content strategies, resourcing and fundraising, and research. Prior to joining NWLC, Uma spent her career working in a variety of social impact roles across for- and non-profit organizations, connecting people with product, power, and purpose.
