I scratch knives while sharpening sometimes too. One scrape against one or more diamonds and you’ve got a line on that satin. I’d be lying if I said it didn’t immediately upset me in the moment. But you get over it and it helps your knife stick out amongst others for identifying it in the rare scenario you are comparing the same knives. I’ve been enjoying the 20CV Endura from Knifejoy. I noticed you are one of the few who makes videos and owns one. It’s the best cooked 20CV I’ve ever used. I like the call it the back lock FRN Slysz Bowie we have at home. (At almost exactly 1/4th the price) though I may throw down on this drop. Magnacut PM2 is just taking far too long for me so I may cope buy the Slysz.
