What a about the flip side. Where you don't agree on a price but then the supplier demands far more than what is fair?

There is no "fair", you negotiate a price. Don't like it? Not "fair"? Walk away.

Thanks. Would this apply in this situation: I work as a sub-contractor as a consultant for their client but company doesn’t pay primary consulting company. Can I sue their client directly? I have a great relationship with consulting company and don’t want to sue them.
