Wow wow wow! I’ve had a problem with a tight right hip for months. I’ve seen physios and a chiropractor. They all thought I had arthritis in my hip joint as I’m 51. I’ve just completed this video and 95% of the tightness has gone and I have almost full movement without pain. Thank you so much. I need to join your channel!!!

I just found this video on February 20th, 2024, and I have to say it was very easy to do. I hope this will help lessen the fat that seems to be stored in my thighs😅😊
