I don’t comment on videos often but I just had to come and say that I LOVED this workout. I haven’t been in the gym for about a year now and have been doing a lot of cardio style body weight workouts at home but this workout made me feel the strongest and most confident I’ve felt in a long time, thank you heather!!

I have had such a difficult time completing even a 10 mins workout from other channels. But with you, I am able to complete even a 30 mins workout no matter how difficult the exercises are. Thank you so much for these workout videos. They are helping me so much!!

Thanks for this! My upper body was in pain last week and instead of the usual stretching/yin yoga/foamrolling I decided to try strengthening because I think muscle weakness is a big part of the problem. It helped, the pain was all gone the next day and today I did this again because the pain was starting to come back. I think doing this regularly will help.

I seriously underestimated how difficult these circuits would be. Excellent pairings of movements. I need to work quite a bit more on my pushups but I appreciate the reps/set scheme. It's the best way to progress in strength.

Last week Wednesday I did this workout and was sore forb4 days. I lifted 8lbs and wow 👏 the pace, the amount of reps and time was perfect 🥰💞 Today is my second time, this time with 7lbs. We will see in 24 hours how sore no will be. Love it thought I feel great and strong.

I started looking around for something different to do instead of the usual weight session. I think even as a bloke these are fun to do because they are short and simple. I’ve been hitting the gym daily for atleast the last 10 years and it’s nice to do something fresh . So thanks 🙏🏽

I like it so much that I did 2 rounds of it, total 40 min, I was struggling at the end but I'm proud I managed :). Excellent and essential workouts, 12 sec workout is just right, not easy not tough! Well done

Thanks for this workout. Upper body strength training is not my fav to do. I like that you did basic yet effective exercises hitting all the major muscle groups of upper body. And as a fitness instructor, I also really appreciate the nice stretch at the end. Keep up the great work!💪🏾❤😊👍🏾

Just when I think I'm going to buy heavier weights for an HR workout...I change my mind :) Heather knows the perfect combinations to push your muscles. Ive been a long time runner and used to go to the gym at least 4/week before the covid. Heather's workouts have helped me stay on course with my heath giving so many different workout options that keep you coming back for more. Thank you Heather!

Great low impact workout! I have 2 injuries which I can not do high impact for another several weeks! It's hard to find low impact that will bring my heart rate to the same level thank you!

This was the third video workout of your I have just done back to back on, I did your 5 minute tabata and a total hiit workout with weights then this one. Thank you for your great workouts, I love them as like how you show the moves first. I like there no talking during the workouts too So glad I found your workout Heather there are hard but so good.
