Jenny Ford i have started this challenge all over again and it is amazing how differently my body reacts ! I feel like i have more control over every move and really feeling everything working !!! A step , a set of dumbbells and an excellent-unique-kind-radiant-optimistic-passionate-understanding instructor is all you need sometimes to get you moving !!!!!!!!!

So glad I found you! I started with one of the walks you did for Google....but prefer the March in Malibu series....did it before this upper body session....I really like how you continue to motivate during the session...definitely helps me take it to the end....hope your channel gets lots of followers so you continue to post new workouts. Reading about the challenge? Where do I find it...and is it too late to join? Btw....doing your Malibu walk in my living room in Toronto, Ontario....it is minus 13 Celsius outside....expecting 8cm of snow later today....while I too wish I could 'feel the ocean' with you in Malibu it certainly provides great scenery (and focus) for your walks ;-)

Thanks for the video. I don't workout, but the place you're filming at seems like a great place to hide a dead body.
