He is not the only young athlete with such potential. In the past there have been many athletes who showed huge potential to break the records but didn't break it. for eg, Karani James ran 43.94 at the age of 19, but eventually didn't break the record. Erriyon needs to stay calm and not rush into breaking the records .

There has literally never been anyone with this much potential at such a young age except Kirani James. So this is a rare occurence in athletics and it is not as frequent as you put it especially when it comes to teenage athletes being ranked in the top 10 all time . How many 18 year olds are ranked top 4 in the history of their sport? None.
@AJT1272 жыл бұрын
Kirani James had a lot of personal problems such as Graves’ disease and death of family members to deal with - in light of all those I’d still say he’s had a very good career having to go through all of that even though he didn’t end up realising his maximum potential because of his illness.

Idk, I'm leaning more towards thinking he won't... but of course anything is possible? What I do know is that he's set to take over the 200m reigning champion Degrasse, and I also can see him holding the title of fastest man at the 200m for a very long time. Hopefully he won’t get caught in all of this and stay humble and have parents or a coach that he listens to. It’s so hard to stay focused now days so much distractions. Everybody wants your time.

This conversation should be at the end of this year when the dominates the 200m all year, running sub 19.5 easily. Not buy putting up some impressive time in just one race... Where's Sha'Carri Richardson..

He WILL break it sooner or later, he's not even reached his peak at 18 years old...Wait till he reaches his mid-twenties!

He's ALREADY faster than anyone he's going to race against. LOL. He has ZERO PRESSURE except his own desire to be the GOAT. And he's VERY hungry and also VERY QUIET. No Shacarri Richardson coming from him. Bolt didn't get injured because of a lack of resources. His build lent itself to injuries, just like 7 footers in the NBA. Knighton's the perfect build, weight, strength, power, turnover, stride length for the 200 and 400. You saw how effortless he looked running that 19.49. The 100 being more technique driven might take him a few years to master. But I predict he'll take all three WRs and be the greatest sprinter of them all. The New Jesse Owens.

Listen none of bolts records can be test by no damn American right now this young guy not even know how to win a championship stop push it. Americans only think they van run fast time track is not about fast time is to dominate fast time will come on the day. Jamaicans learn that why you think they do what they do
