Can a new law put you in jail without due process, for a speeding ticket you got a few yrs ago because they now deem speeding in a vehicle as domestic terrorism/violence? Can a new law add a stronger sentence to a persons prior conviction that was before the law was signed, imprisoning taking away their rights or sentenceing them again with stronger fines and bans against their constitutional rights RETROACTIVELY, without giving them DUE PROCESS or informing them of the new law making them a felon adding yet another stronger sentence if they excersize their constitutional rights? Why? 18usc922g9 does this to prior convicted misdemeaners and felonies, before it was signed and cannot pass the test of history and tradition and is Unconstitutional violating several Constitutional Rights. This makes 18usc922g9 and several other retroactive laws as EX POST FACTO BILL OF ATTAINDERS NO DUE PROCESS DOUBLE JEOPARDY TYRANNICAL LAWS VIOLATING RULE OF LAW.

I would like to know point by point a defense, rebuttal why USCCA did what they did not leaving anything out because I’m getting very nervous about having something that might leave me high & dry or should I just let some thug kill me bc it would easier than fighting some liberal prosecutor,judge & justice system that has gone Bazarro World on us.

Im about halfway through this and have a couple questions... Did the aggressor indeed have a gun? This is huge. Because a coward could shoot somebody out of fear and say "i thought he had a gun" but does that make it ok? Also... The last time i checked (literally checked w uscca) conceled carry was very illegal in california (i found that after a lot of effort and money to the local sheriff's dept, it is possible to get a permit for your county but not the state) so how is it he was concealed legally?
@topgunn73595 ай бұрын
CCW is hard to get in California but not impossible if you have the right background, time and money. If you are armed and some unarmed person goes on the attack you have every right to use firearm to protect yourself. Nobody owes a group of thugs approaching them a fist fight.
@linkl_66413 ай бұрын
Your license is issued by your county, and concealed carry is in fact the *only* legal means of carry.

RIDICULOUS! USCCA should have called 911 for Jeremy. Anything Jeremy said on the 911 call is voluntary and can/ will be used against him at trial. Never YOUR voice on 911 call. End of video disclaimer sounds like a pharmaceutical disclaimer. Not good!
@johnwatson95186 ай бұрын
@@derekmonroe3691 All that matters is HIS voice is not on the 911 call. His excited utterances to the 911 operator can and will be played to his jury.
@BirdieCarolina6886 ай бұрын
That's not how 911 works. I used to be a dispatcher. When you call 911 you get your local department. You can keep things brief or have another witness call for you but it has to come from the local area to get the correct department. There is nothing worse as a dispatcher than trying to find the number to another department because not all departments are staffed 24/7.

@BirdieCarolina688 anything you say on a 911 call is exception to hearsay an will be played at trial. You do NOT want your voice on a 911 call.
