I personally think that moving is better than not move at all ! I don’t find it any problem on that video. I would say starting from some movement at the end people will slowly abit more other step or other part of exercise.

Nope, even walking in the house for 10 mins is better than these kind of exercises. People tend to give up due to useless and waste of time, and these kind video mislead us

好邱夫妻 I may agree with you on certain point but not all . There are certain people may give up as well if they found that those step it’s too difficult to kick start. Maybe the title may be misleading but think on the good point is at least they are moving. It’s also consider an essential point. Just like what you are suggesting people to walk to 10 mins.

@@好邱夫妻 I luv the way my arm looks less jiggly and flabby with a bit mucle tone though I did routine similar to video but i add 5 lbs weight on the routine

My opinion the method can work because the muscle fibres cab be divided into white fibre and red fibre. What she does is exercise only the red fibre. In the long term, the white fibre will shrink. Muscle becomes bigger in body building depend on the growth of white fibre. The red fibre normally remain the same size even you practice them everyday. ust like the marathon runner, they are very slim.
