I have always had a hard time describing myself as an artist, thinking it was me being afraid of the label or not believing in myself as an artist but today you unlocked something for me. This is so resonating. If I tell you about me, I also had this belief that I might not have it all. Or if I have it all then I would be doing it all and at one point it might become exhausting having one foot here one foot there. But now I see that when I defocus from the usual thing and do something it actually makes me better at it. I am still trying to find a balance though. But it's a good first step. absolutely amazing video; reminded me of your building my own pc video from the start ; that was the first video of yours that I saw ; over time I have felt I have this inner voice which is artsy but I also feel conflicted cause I am a science person as well I felt out of place because I didn't fit any "label" ; i am currently working on that and this video helped me realise that I can be everything I love I don't require any label I just need to stop feeling overwhelmed and focus on my self! lots of love

I struggled with that as well. Focusing on yourself and your inner voice helps you bring everything together and reach a level of authenticity ⭐️. I see labels as guidelines, not footsteps I want to follow. Create your own footsteps :) and thank you ❤️

Natürlich kannst du dich weiterentwickeln und das ist toll, doch oft habe ich das Gefühl du bist in einer Tretmühle aus Selbst Optimierung und Verbesserung gefangen. Dein Selbst ist nichts, was du immer weiter verbessern musst. Du musst nicht an deine grenzen gehen, jede Sekunde möglichst sinnvoll nutzen. Das geht auch gar nicht. Manche Dinge, wie Videospiele, tut man, um sich aufzuladen. Man kann nicht immer 100 Prozent geben! Pass auf dass du dich nicht ins Burnout arbeitest. Ich bin Psychologin und ich sehe das leider sehr sehr oft bei Menschen, die so leistungsorientiert sind.

Absolutely strange comparison 😂 but I give birth 2 times unmedicated, both times I was sure I cannot do it but I could both times. But what you said about the mind that makes you think you can’t but it’s an illusion it’s so true! I always give up when it’s getting hard and the results are not as fast as I wanted them. But when I had no choice just to push through I actually could do it! It’s so strange how we put so much limitations on ourselves without even realising. 😅 ps.
