Recently been on a diet for 3 months now. No alcohol, no Instagram, working out daily, reading daily. This really hit home for me I hit over 400 days played yesterday on a game I’ve played since 2013 which is literally over 10% of my time during those years. I thought about it and if I calculate all the time I’ve spent gaming throughout my life it would be at least 10% of my life, maybe even as high as 20-25%. If only I spent that time building a business, working out, learning to sell or a skill or whatever… life would be completely different.

I been on a club diet since 25 as well. When I had my 25 bday blowing out my candles I just had this overwhelming feeling that change is going to happen but I also from then stopped talking to all my friends cause they were party friends and nothing solid there. Still haven’t met new friends tbh and I’m 30 now but made myself a millionaire so I hit my goal. Now from 30-35 I am going to retire at age 35 that’s the next goal and travel the world for 2 years off my cashflow from real estate investments. Very possible plan I laid out and actually I could do it in half the time but I don’t like to push myself that much like pbd does lol. I like to lay in my bed a little here and there too I’m not killer like these guys I’d say I’m slightly above average
