It actually a little finer than caster sugar. You may use caster sugar if you want. Wish you success. Happy Birthday to your nieces.

Michael, your videos are almost like meditations. Without annoying chatter and antics on the camera. Everything is very accurate and to the point. Even the music is unobtrusive (even if it were not at all, the video would not be affected by this). How you work on your pastry masterpieces, we can watch for hours :)

Wow is the word that describes your baking skill...my baking hobby has gone to another level after following your recipes to bake . It has given a professional touch to my baking. Another tip on how to fold the mixture gradually and slowly.one time gumawa ako ng second chiffon cake di umalsa ang eggwhite kaya ginawa ko nlang cup cake.pero noong una kong bake perfect naman sarap ng pagkagawa ko.

You can replace oil with melted butter, as for the vinegar is better to replace it lemon juice or cream of tartar.

Michael, 2 years ago you made the similar cake. I see the difference only in sugar ammount . Is 100 g of sugar + 4 eggs is ok for 18 cm pan or l shuould use your previous recepy? Thank you.

Hi Lim., another great recipe, kindly let me know difference of pan materials so we could decide for selecting temp.. Another question is, in 4 egg sponge cake recipe the order of mixing was different then this 8 egg recipe. Does this order of mixing matters.... what is the effect of this different mixing order of ingredients.... waiting for your reply

Vinegar turns cakes very soft. I use it a lot, in banana bread, for example, corn bread.

In the case of egg whites, an acid like lemon, vinegar, they will beat nicely (I don't have the right word).

Can you developers chocolates chiffon cake .. i tried it but the taste of chocolate was not strong.. i used unsweetened and dutch-process cocoa powder .. i like rich chocolate taste ❤️can you make a new vision for it .. I trust your recipe ..❤️

I redid your recipe but I put 165 g of flour and 75 g of hazelnut powder grilled with the zest of a lemon and the result was perfect. The cake was very soft, (I made it in a 20 cm mold for a layer cake) and easy to cut.

I've made it...tastes great, easy to make. Although i changed the recipe a bit. I substituted milk with coconut milk and vanilla essence with pandan paste. Thank you Michael.
