Michael, your videos are almost like meditations. Without annoying chatter and antics on the camera. Everything is very accurate and to the point. Another tip on how to fold the mixture gradually and slowly.one time gumawa ako ng second chiffon cake di umalsa ang eggwhite kaya ginawa ko nlang cup cake.pero noong una kong bake perfect naman sarap ng pagkagawa ko.

You can replace oil with melted butter, as for the vinegar is better to replace it lemon juice or cream of tartar.

Michael, 2 years ago you made the similar cake. I see the difference only in sugar ammount . Is 100 g of sugar + 4 eggs is ok for 18 cm pan or l shuould use your previous recepy? Thank you.

Another question is, in 4 egg sponge cake recipe the order of mixing was different then this 8 egg recipe. Vinegar turns cakes very soft. I use it a lot, in banana bread, for example, corn bread.

I redid your recipe but I put 165 g of flour and 75 g of hazelnut powder grilled with the zest of a lemon and the result was perfect. The cake was very soft, (I made it in a 20 cm mold for a layer cake) and easy to cut.
