In today's video I made a healthy and simple Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Bar that will satisfy your cravings!!
Recipe:
Start by mashing 1 banana using a fork, then in a bowl add 1 cup of peanut butter and 1/4 cup of sugar free maple syrup then mix well. place it in the microwave for 2 mins. In a bigger bowl add all your ingredients then add 1/2 cup of blended oats, then 1/2 cup of your favorite vegan protein powder and mix well until you achieve a good consistency. in a baking pan with wax paper on top, pour your mix and spread it as evenly as possible. Now in a pan on medium heat roast some hazelnuts then blend them half way through. Next step is to melt some chocolate, you can use vegan dark chocolate for this. Transfer your melted chocolate into a bowl then add the hazelnuts to the chocolate and mix well. Now pour the chocolate on top of the mix to form a chocolate layer. spread it nicely then place it in the fridge for 2 hours. After you take it out, cut it into medium portions and it is ready to be served!!
