If you put the ricotta ingredients in a food processor and blend it until smooth, you'll get a more realistic ricotta. It's delicious. Recipe looks great. Never thought of pumpkin lasagna. One to try

Love this idea! Tinned/canned pumpkin isn't a common staple in the UK unfortunately :( might try making a pumpkin or butternut squash puree :)
