I can’t believe it’s already week 12! Another amazing workout done ✅. I love the no repeats because they go by so fast but I could feel my muscles starting to struggle w the burden of the weight as we neared the end! I am still loving this program despite it being over. I did a 20 minute standing abs last night because its been 30⁰c here for a few days. I wasn't watching my water and electrolyte intake and I ended up with headaches for 2 days straight but I have that all straightened out now. This was a wonderful workout. This definitely looks like like full body! I pulled or strained something in my right elbow and it’s affecting my forearm and even a little at the bottom of my tricep and bicep…got myself good! It kills to do a curl and quite a few other things, so I’ve been staying away from heavy weights and it’s going to be a while before it’s healed…seems that way anyway! But, I love full body workouts and this looks like a good challenge, for when I’m recovered!

Vera, would it be possible to indicate on the screen which size weights you are using for each exercise so we have an indication of what you're using for the current exercise please? It is not always easy to tell. Example : in this video you have 2 ybells, not sure which size you're using for each exercise . Many thanks 💝

I’ve addressed this a few times - only leads to competition and comparison - pls watch the program intro video 🥰 no plans to do this as weights are individual to each person and what I use - in a filmed workout - should have no effect on anyone’s weight selection.

I love the tip you gave before on how to determine weighs to use…If it doesn’t challenge you on the last reps and feels the same throughout then it’s time to adjust the weight. I hope this helps Maureen :)

Thank for your reply. I understand your point of view but my motivation for requesting this is not competitive. In this video for example, you have 2 ybell sets ofweights that look the same and I'll have no idea if I should be going heavier or lighter. If I wait until I don't feel challenged if I grabbed the lighter weight instead of the heavier one, I've wasted time and will have to rewind and do it again. It would just be an indication of whether to grab light, medium, heavy, heaviest before the exercise begins as it's not always obvious. Just my 2 cents though. Thank you for all you do 💖

What I use shouldn’t help in your determination at all - that’s the point I’m trying to make. Some days I’ll use 25 lbs for my shoulder press and some days, I’ll use 12 lbs. You have to remember I’m filming these workouts, often without taking the same rest days as I recommend for the program to stay on top of the filming. Some days, I’m extra tired and sore so I don’t reach for the same weights - and some days, it’s the opposite. Me using a heavier or lighter weight is based on how I feel on a particular day that I’m filming - doesn’t help you whatsoever in knowing what will be challenging for you.

The dozens of messages I get from women each time I have a workout with weights on the screen - who say their workout wasn’t effective because they couldn’t do the weight I used unfortunately says otherwise. I choose to prioritize an environment that doesn’t encourage competition and comparison. Your only competition should be yourself - not a filmed workout that doesn’t even involve the weights I myself would use.
